This doesn't look like a £60 pen ~ not 'style', no frills, plastic body . . . very understated. It is small, lightweight and has a good balance. The broad nib qives a good stroke and ink-flow is good too. On really good paper the broad nib is about right, but I have 'upgraded' to a medium nib which suits me better and has much more character in the stroke. (The medium nib is also better on a more mediocre paper because bleeding is much less apparent). It feels and writes better than a Parker Jotter/Classic or cheap Shaeffer, and it has a screw cap. It is well balanced with the cap posted. However it is quite a small pen, both in length and diameter. For example,it is much smaller than a cheaper Jinhao X750 or X450 (which are very good) and it is much smoother to write with.Pelikan M200 pens normally sell for £75 upwards (some of their cost is in the presentation box and/or fancy colours). so mine was a good price (£60), but I would not pay any more than that for this pen.In conclusion: it looks 'quality', writes nicely, feels good and is a 'keeper', although side-by-side, a steel Shaeffer (etc) may be almost as good. Ultimately, a Faber Castell 'technical' fountain pen costing under £120 writes almost as nicely but doesn't look high quality. The M200 is a pen that makes you want to write a letter or novel.
