Superb pens! The nicest deep, dark, sumptuous black writing of any pen out there.I mean it – I’m totally OCD about pens: and these are unbeatable in terms of the quality of writing they produce. Those posh Waterman/Parker pens don’t come close. And I’ve tried them all! [The only other pen that could come close is a Pentel Superb].With these pens, you get a lovely, smooth, deep black line, right from the off! No need to wear them in, like you do a Bic orange. Because the ink flows so nicely to the nib, you get a lovely smooth, dark, luxurious line. Because a decent amount of ink gets to the nib so readily, you can sometimes get a bit of blobbing, but the occasional small ink blob adds a lot of character to your script.

I was asked if I’d like to review Papermate InkJoy 100 CAP 0.5 mm Ultra Fine Tip Capped Ball Pen - Black (Pack of 2) and I said yes.Inkjoy is by Papermate, which is a reputable make, the firm started back in 1940. :-)I’ve always used Papermate pens as I’ve found them to be a reliable pen.The tip size is 0.5 mm, so this enables them to give you a very fine, clean and crisp lines when writing. :-)I found the pen lids to be a little tight, but that’s good as they won’t come off in your shirt pocket and make a mess, (like my brothers found with pens he’s used in the past),They are so easy to write with as they start quickly, don’t drag, don’t blot, and you use minimal hand pressure.

InkJoy pens are my favourite pens! I usually buy the packs of assorted colours and they are a 1.0mm size but I was looking for a finer tip version and this is it - 0.5mm. These are black only, and they are great for every day use whenever you need a fine liner, but I would really love to see all the colors made in this 0.5mm fine tip size too as I would certainly buy them. They have the smoothest ink system I have found in any pen, ink spreads really easily and there is never any hiccups or blots with these pens, so they are great when you want to make your bullet journals pretty.5/5

Papermate, a well respected pen provider, and one that has been going for years. So I wasn't surprised that these pens were good quality. They have a fine (0.5 mm) writing tip so that you can do lovely neat handwriting, and especially good for writing on small labels or filling in those forms where they don't give you quite enough space in the box for a long email address. The ink flows freely and they seem to work on greasy paper too. What more can I say? They are black, so I'd love to try other colours. Let's hope they last a nice long time.

Love the pens! They’re a great value for money definitely and the pens are perfect for note taking, I personally find them very useful while doing maths calculations as it helps me to write very precisely and smoothly which helps me to concentrate more on my work. If you’re a student it is highly recommended as it helps me to focus a lot and makes my english essays easier to write!

Bought these as an add on item. The fine tips are great. My only issue is this newfangled triangular writing utensil phase. The idea is nice, but I've been writing with perfectly cylindrical pens and pencils for years and I've never had a comfort or grip issue. I'd actually say it's a hindrance... Difficult to perch it on ones ear, also.

I confess to buying these as I needed to push the price up on another purchase. I, however, have not been disappointed. I tried these out and now use them whenever I can. They are really nice to use, great nib size, write smoothly. I have looked at more and will most likely buy the coloured versions as well as more of these black ones.

I've always found Papermate pens write very nicely with no blotches and these are no exception. Be aware the tips on these are very fine and some people prefer writing with something a bit broader. I like these because they seem to make my normally untidy handwriting appear rather neater than it usually does.

Excellent quality ballpoint pens. The ink flows really nicely, smoothly and consistently. The pens are comfortable to use with the unique shape and most importantly the end result on paper looks really nice. Excellent value for money and Papermate yet again delivers an excellent product.

We discovered these pens a year or so ago whilst on holiday; they were the first that came to hand in a stationery shop but we were really impressed with the lovely smooth writing action. Very comfortable to hold, they don't smudge or blot - best in class, I'd say!

These might actually be my favorite pens, I don't let anyone use them at home!I use them occasionally for jotting and drawing and I love the feel of them. Very comfortable and accurate.Still got them to this date and I purchased over a year ago.

Perfect pens for my handbag. I always lose one so this being a twin pack is perfect. The writing is very smooth and the ink runs well. I’m going to buy another pack to keep in the drawer for when I lose these (as I always do!)

I’m a bit of a stationery addict and am forever ordering little bits and bobs. I have to say these pens are of top quality and feel so good when writing. The ink flows effortlessly and they seem to last forever.

These are decent pens at a cheap price. They write pretty smoothly and are fairly comfortable to hold. The caps fit tightly, hopefully minimising the chance of leaks.
