The charm was very nice and as expected but according to the details and questions and answers the price included Pandora velvet pouch ,white box and ribbon . This was not included just a small white box ,therefore although charm looked authentic and very nice it wasn't "giftable" or good value. Quick delivery though .

Lovely little charm. No it isnt boxed and bagged like it normally is in the Pandora shop, however I've seen complaints about the box it does come with. I think your supposed to style it like this. Its looks much better when you make it onto the little triangle shape.

Packaging really disappointing. Small card box which you have to secure with tape yourself to keep closed. Made the charm look like it wasn't genuine, which it is. Charm lovely. But wish I’d purchased from pandora direct as same price but better presentation.

This a lovely link. It even has an inscription on the back which makes it special. Will make an ideal present.My only gripe would be the packaging. For such a small item, it came in very large packaging.

I received my order of a family tree pandora charm today, I am absolutely made up with it. You can’t beat the price and the quality. I will definitely be using zesty more often ?

This was bought as a present for my daughter along with her bracelet.It is fabulous and she loves it. Had not realised it has an inscription on the back.Very impressive.

The box that came with the charm not so good,the charm was a present and she was very very pleased when she received it all in all I am very happy except for the box ☺️

My mam lost the one I got her last Xmas from pandora when her bangle opened up in the bus and the charms fell off. So happy I’ve been able to replace it for her.

I bought this for a friend liked it so much , I bought 2 so I have one now too. Great quality for money and what matters is my friend likes it too.

The bead was fabulous and greatly appreciated as a gift. However the construct - it - yourself box supplied as awful and not used for gifting.

Lovely little charm, the engaging on the back was a lovely surprise. This was for my son’s girlfriend birthday pressie and she loved it.
