Love it. The bead is exactly what I wanted. I had some problems with the delivery (nothing to do with the seller and all to do with the post office) but the seller was really helpful and the information supplied solved the problem. For me, it is as important to know that the seller is as good as the product.

as i always expect from pandora stuff first class and it's a good mix that amazon are involved in delivery always on time if not earlier it's got the point know that amazon is the first place i look to buy anything top marks

I liked it much better once it had arrived. I thought the image on the website wasn’t great so I wasn’t quite sure what I was getting. However, I was quite pleased with it once it was delivered.

I was given this charm as a gift and am happy with it. But it does not come in a Pandora box or with a Pandora gift bag. It was in a tiny plastic bag. Therefore not giftable in my opinion.

Gorgeous charm. I bought this for my daughters Pandora bracelet as I have the exact same one from the Pandora shop. Genuine Pandora product. Quick delivery too, 2 days

Absolutely stunning piece of jewellery. Bought as a present - but looks even nicer in person. Would have been nice if the certificate of authenticity was stamped.

my wife will be over the moon with this and I thought it would be cheap and tacky but no it's far better than I thought and it looks the part very goods value

As you'd expect from Pandora, wish it had come in a box instead of the little pouch, luckily I had a Pandora bag to put it in as was a present, good quality.

Has a Pandora serial number on it and came from Thailand, so IS apparently genuine! Bought as a gift for a friend, does the trick!

Authentic charm, could have been presented better but the cost would have been higher, used a pandora box from a previous purchase
