Very happy with the charm but unfortunately i asked for it to be gifted wrapped with a birthday wish and this was not done just delivered in a plastic bag. Recipient was not sure what had arrived luckily showed my name so they had to phone and asked if I had sent it. Not very good when it was a birthday present.

Perfect. Beautiful. Was an amazing birthday present would highly recommend. Beautiful detailing and lovely writing. Brought for a pandora bracelet and can’t tell it isn’t actually from pandora. My photos don’t do it much justice because of the poor camera quality but would highly recommend.

Its beautiful, came nicely presented in a gift box, rather then other charms Ive brought my daughter which came in a bag with a gift box. The box was then in a lovely Pandora string handled gift bag. The detail on the item is exquisite shes going to love it!

I can not believe this Pandora charm has come in a small plastic bag with NO box.This is a birthday charm so it’s going to be given to someone you care about. They are going to think it’s a fake charm.Total disappoint !!!

Came in a clear bag with a sticker on saying what it was, no bag saying it was from pandora itself, little disappointing as it was a birthday gift and i didnt have wrapping paper. but it was as described.

Arrived early which was good, BUT box was not very good it was damaged and bead was wrapped in tissue paper, so I had too buy a gift box as it was a present for my sisters 50th. Bead was lovely thou.

Beautiful charm with excellent detail, got for a birthday present and would highly recommend it. The service and delivery was excellent, not a negative comment to say about this beautiful charm.

Detail on the product is not as clear as the picture.The Cardboard envelope with the Pandora logo is not worth bothering with but the charm appears to be of good quality and value for money.

Bought this for my sister's birthday to add to her Pandora bracelet, she loves it but does say that a silver polishing cloth would be useful to stop the tarnishing.

I love this charm and just hope that my daughter will love it too. She already has quite a few Pandora charms and I am hoping that this one will be well received.

Item faulty, blob of silver inside barrel meant bead would not slip onto bracelet, returned it but no stock til 9 March. Very upset as it was a birthday gift.

I love my charm, I had a special birthday this year and this was a perfect charm to go onto my bracelet.It arrived very quickly and I am so pleased with it

Lovely little charm just as you would expect from Pandora Came in a little Pandora gift bag however charging £7-50 for a Pandora gift box is outrageous!
