I was bought my Pandora bracelet my kids bought it for my annerversary sept 5th ..I went on holiday in February skiingThe chain was faulty and brokeAnd I took it back try to were my kids bought it from in Truro in Cornwall ..They refused to help me ..They wouldn't repair or replace the braclet.i was so hurt by them ...I also lost the beads ( not all of them but about 10 with the spacersI had thought this wonderful prezi would be the way forward for future annerversary preziI was so disappointed Mr. Pandora that I was bought a a solid silver bracelet for my beadsOk it's looking so wrong but I was so happy with my 5 kids filling up my bracelet..You have spoilt my opinion of Pandora and in fact

I purchased this lovely genuine Pandora safety chain direct from Amazon (not a third party seller) to ensure that it was an authentic Pandora safety chain (most of the reviews here seem to of made the mistake of not buying directly from Amazon and recieved a faulty or fake item). I was so thrilled to open the package (which included Pandora packaging) and a mini Pandora leaflet and to see the Pandora hallmarks stamped , it also has a nice weight to it which is also reassuring. It is a high quality product as I would expect with Pandora and it is all one tone of highly polished silver. I'd certainly reccommend. :)

beautiful. I read some comments about the chain looking darker but it's just the shadow of the intricate chain interlocking. I think it looks lovely. perfect if u need to take the bracelet off (for gym or getting waxed etc.). I wouldn't have gotten any other safety chain as this one is the most beautiful :)however it comes in a plastic wallet so it the fanciest of packaging if you were thinking of buying it as a gift

Arrived exactly 7 days after my order was placed. Extremely well packaged, each charm was in its own Pandora gift pouch and wrapped in Pandora tissue paper. Also included was a Pandora gift bag, complete with ribbon. This was not a gift, but the nice wrapping was much appreciated! The safety chain itself is wonderful - it compliments my bracelet and I don't have to worry about losing it should the clip come undone.

I bought this for my Pandora bracelet not only to keep it secure in the unlikely event that the clasp on the bracelet does come undone, but because I feel that it is a very pretty addition to the bracelet. I was concerned that it may not be long enough but is is more than sufficient in length to allow me to use if comfortably. It was a very quick delivery time and the quality was very good and as described.

Yes, very pleased with this product, it does fit and does the securing job it was bought for, only disappointment was it came in a small poly bag, so if you order this item, if you have not already got a Pandora presentation box, you need to buy one , priced about £4, the person it was for was very pleased with it.

I bought this for my Pandora bracelet not only to keep it secure in the unlikely event that the clasp on the bracelet does come undone, but because I feel that it is a very pretty addition to the bracelet. At first, it was a bit tricky to fit onto the bracelet, but once you get the hang of it, it's simple enough.

I bought this for my mothers birthday and i wasn't sure how iy would arrive but i was very pleased. It arrived well packaged and came with an official pandora drawstring bag. The item itself had the lovely weight Pandora is known for and looked like it was a great quality. My mother was really pleased!

This item I did not purchase upon my collection of charms and a bracelet. After acquiring several charms, this item became an utmost importance in maintaining security for my charms. It prevents the bracelet from opening all the way and allowing your valued charms from falling off.

Worth the investment to secure your beads and bracelet and it is pretty and solid and weighty too.It is a fiddle to get it on at first, but worth it, as it gives you added peace of mind and security.This should be brought alongside every bracelet, if it means anything to you.

Would recommend this for your bracelet as it secures the other charms and makes getting the bracket on a lot easier. It's also a lovely design and is a great addition to my charms. I thought the price was reasonable as well- I couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else.

Item as described and a good price, I think. Could not believe the packaging though. To send a plastic bag approx. 2cm square I received an A4 (29x21cm) cardboard envelope!! It's lucky I looked inside properly or it could have been thrown away as it looked empty!

I realise I have a broad hand and could have done with a bigger chain... that said no complaints, it's beautiful, genuine and does the job. I'll order another and give this to my daughter who is already delighted! Tiny plastic bag, so I'm glad it wasn't a gift.

Nice attractive additional piece to go on bracelet, with the added satisfaction of including safety chain. Happy to have saved a little off the cost and delivery charge by ordering via Amazon rather that direct from the Pandora website.

The charm is brilliant and I'm sure will be a lovely christmas present :) however the packaging it came in was dissapointing as it was just a card envolope and it was also damaged when it arrived so I ended up buying a proper box for it
