I bought this as a present for my sons girlfriend the charm itself was sweet though the detailing in minute! You really need a magnifying glass to see it properly. I know she’ll like it so that’s okay, however though the parcel arrived on time the box came flat with no tissue paper and the box didn’t fold up properly and was flimsy and had gaps where the charm could fall out! Lovely charm but put together your own packaging - disappointed considering the cost.

This charm is very beautiful and it looks just like the picture. The warranty card for this did not come in English however and it did not come in a gift box, just a small piece of card that when you fold it assembles into a cheap looking gift box. It was perfect for me as I was buying myself a present, I would not however have been impressed if I was buying it for someone else so I would recommend purchasing a nice gift box separately.

I have just received my Pandora charm and I am very disappointed that it has arrived in a horrible plastic pouch and not a Pandora box. This is a gift and now I need to sort out something to put it in.It really is the ‘little’ things that distinguish quality products from cheap counterparts. I expected more from such a well known brand The bead itself is beautiful.I brought via Amazon as I knew I could count on the delivery service!

The charm arrived as stated, in perfect condition. It is not lilac tinted as pictured, rather clear, still pretty nonetheless. The packaging is basic, the charm is in a small plastic casing and the box provided isn't like a jewellery box, looks cheaper and must be folded into position.A good gift, I received pretty much what I expected in good time. It looks like the picture.

Bought for mother, her eyesight isn’t as good as mine, so she loved it, plus the fact she cherishes the not as often as I should acts I do for her. But as mentioned in other comments the charm is not as clear looking as the picture. It must be a particularly well done example in the photo, because the one received wasn’t as great as expected. It is nice however.

Bought for a friend’s birthday. The bead itself is gorgeous and the small details on the design were lovely. However, don’t expect the usual pandora packaging: the box it came in was flimsy cardboard and the guarantee wasn’t in English. This didn’t bother me, but might affect some people’s decision to buy.

I bought this Pandora charm as a birthday gift, it is so pretty! the only downside is the box with it comes flat with nothing else to put inside with the charm, which is in a small bag. I will definatly shop with them again, next time making sure I have something better to put in beside the charm

Received this for Christmas having pointed it out online. It did not come in a box just a flat packed one which wasn't very presentable.Am bit disappointed with the bead as thw colours are not as defined as in the picture online and have put it on my bracelet and it doesn't stand out at all.

The charm was luvly but I was not impressed by the way it had been packaged. The jiffy envelope was very flimsy & the gift box included was squashed so very difficult 2 put 2gether which was disappointing as I had bought the charm as a present for my mum.

Absolutely beautiful !! The bees and flowers are very crisp and clear, the bead comes in a suede pandora draw string bag inside a plastic clip pouch. It’s a present bought for my mother and she loves flowers and bees so was perfectly perfect :)

Didn’t realise it was glass on silver, nice affect and look.“Gift box” that it comes with is junk, missing a flap to tuck in so it I’ll have to be taped like a 5yr olds school project but otherwise does what it’s supposed to.

Nicely made and fantastically complex glasswork - but that in itself is part of the problem as the detailing on the bees in my charm are quite lost. I've shown it to people who weren't sure what they were supposed to 'be'.

A very pretty bead which the recipient was happy to add to her charm bracelet.It's a shame Pandora haven't found a way of presenting these beautiful charms rather than just in a little plastic bag.

Liked the charm but the box was poor! ordered for a birthday gift. Had to use a box I already had from a previous purchase from pandora shop, to make the gift look nicer in a proper box!

It is a very pretty bead charm but detail of bee was a little lost so am a bit disappointed plus the guarantee card which came with it was in German so don’t know what it says
