Must admit to being sceptical over authenticity but have checked charm out and cant find anything to say it's not an original. So thank you very much ,arrived on time and as stated ...would have liked the option of a bag or box included in offer as had to wait for another seller to provide a bag.

Nearly didn’t see it if I hadn’t read my Amazon products it was in a small bag in with a book I ordered by now the packaging was sitting on my bin to be thrown out not a good way to send a expensive charm !!!!!!!charm lovely packaging

My sister and I bought this for our cousin. Prompt delivery, packaged safely. Perfect charm. The words/ inscription is very clear to read. It looks stunning on her bracelet. A terrific purchase which I'd recommend.

lovely size, clearly visible what it says really good value for money, bought it as a birthday gift for my friend - specially poignant given we have been unable to see each other for so long

Like the charm but disappointed with the packaging. A flat pack box doesn’t inspire the confidence that the charm is genuine despite paying more than on other sites.

Very nice , worth the money I wasn’t impressed with the package
