I used this fragrance years ago in the 80's and never forgot it's Charming Sophitication. I was glad to see it on Amazon, but was warned that many old Favs were Fakes. I took a chance and found it pleasant, but NOT quite what it used to be, so the formulation must be changed in some way.I like what I've bought, but I'll not be rushing to purchase another one, when it's finished. Let bygones be bygones. Sniffle sniffle, blowing nose......

I noticed a difference in this fragrance now versus a few years back.It is now made in Spain (at least the item we received) and when I started using it more than 15 years ago was made in France.Somehow, the overall, full fragrance has changed. Maybe I have.However, it is still satisfactory.

Lovely perfume , This was my favourite during the 1970 s and when I saw it was back I just ordered a bottle .The fragrance was exactly how I remembered it to be and the wearing of it evoked many happy memories.The bottle was a warehouse item , great reduction in price , well packaged .

I can only buy this in Spain these days. This item has the correct scent notes, but they are actually weaker than usual. The scent lasts much longer in the items bought in Spain. Shame because it smells the same. John Lewis now sell this product again for £74.00.

I was so glad to have this perfume because it brings me memories from my youth.I didn`t find it from any shop for years and now when I foundt it from Amazon Ibought it immediately.Amazon has a good and quick service.Thank you for that !

I have been using this perfume for 40 years now and wouldn't use anything else. Absolutely love it. It's light enough for daytime use and draws lots of favourable comments from both friends and strangers alike.

A present for my mother who had been looking for it for ages. It is not always available in shops. It is a long-standing favourite perfume of hers. Very quick delivery. She was well-pleased.

I have been wearing this perfume for decades and absolutely lovely it. Many people comment on how beautiful it is and my late partner absolutely adored it.

A friend and neighbour has worn this perfume since she was 16, and I have always loved it on her, so at long last decided to try it for myself. I LOVE IT!

Wonderful fragrance. Up there with Cannel and the classics. I first purchased it in Tangiers, Morocco in 1982 and have worn it since!

Not entirely convinced this product is the same as the original. It is pleasant enough, but very light and does not last on the skin.

one of the classic fragrences. My friend was so happy she gave me a weather station. A great bnd, sent quickly. 100% recommended

Calandre seemed to have gone off the market so it was nice to find it still available. My wife's favourite perfume.
