I love my Salt Mill. Honestly, there is not much OXO Good Grips puts out, that isn't worth its weight in gold.First off, they work. They do the job. Nice fine salt, or coarse, depending on what I need. And I say, what more could you ask for? My reply, they feel SO GOOD in the hand. Such smooth wood. The perfect fit in the palm of the hand. Good, smooth twisting of the knob.I love everything about this Salt Mill - and the Pepper Mill, which I also purchased.

We love the salt and pepper grinder. They are beautiful and smooth, and have ceramic components for grinding. Other sets similar to this in fancy cooking stores are $40-$60 for each grinder.I like being able to set the grind. I personally like a finer grind. We use finishing sea salt for texture and flavor when the food is on the plate.
