Ive had Original War for a while and its a great game. Good graphics, better than Age of Empires 2. The Ai is very resonsive to your actions and there is a map editor on the website. The main thing that raises this game above from the rest is that each solider is unique and your veichals can be "personalised", as in choosing there weapons, chassie, engine and driver.The campaign is hard but challenging (which could be a good thing), mostly keeping your men alive because they won't come back.The only drawback is the (fairly) frequent swearing. There sould be a "no swear" button, but awww well.For the low price there is no reason not to buy this game. Why are you still reading this? Buy it!

This was the first rts game I had played where I actually cared what happened to my troops. Many times I would restart a level if I lost a favourite individual. This meant I re-played the levels a lot more than I probably needed to but the various alternative strategies that presented themselves meant that I was rarely bored tryiing to achieve the selected objective. The story line is unusual but if you are willing to suspend your belief for a while it does suck you in and make you want to progress further into the game. Overall I enjoyed the experience and played it right through to the end which is quite rare for me these days as my gaming time is quite limited.
