I bought this saw because my mom has an older & larger version of this same name brand saw. I liked hers, I like mine better! mostly because its mine, of course there are other reasons. Feel of it in the hand, not to heavy; and the curve of the saw is wonderful. The weight is evenly distributed & I haven't gotten to the best part, the blade; its as agressive as you would want. The teeth cut through a 4" tree limb in less than 8 strokes. That's not just cause its new, my moms saw is the same. I do a lot of tree trimming & this saw is indespensible as I'm more inclined to use hand tools & not power tools. With this saw you can cut all day & your arm will not get tired, of course this size saw has its limits,

very good for the price I have enjoyed using this tool. the locking system is good quality and has not failed me. the handle is brilliant the best feature on the tool in my option but would not recommend to put string though the hole to make a loop which to put around your hand in. it would be good if it came with a sheath to put on your belt but it does not . it arrived very sharp and could saw medium sized logs. the steel is not brilliant and the blade was a bit flexible for my liking also the blade would cut in to the handle when retracting the blade. this saw is good for beginners. to clean the blade I used a toothbrush which did the job it is important to maintain tools.

I took this on a recent camping trip, and for it's weight and size, it outperformed expectations. Sharp, keen teeth made short work of 2-3 inch diameter branches. So much easier than hacking away with a hatchet, and much more precise.

Excellent quality, I might have liked it a little longer. The blade lock works well and unlike some other pruning saws, you can see it's in place.

haven't used it yet but great quality and its compact , good for camping and pruning of trees and shrubs .

Very nice saw. A Christmas present from my son who knows how much I like Opinel.

Good product, small pocket saw that is smaller than a Bahco Laplander.
