I am a fan of the Olympus 4/3 SLR camera system, so a bit biased when it comes to Zuiko lenses. I have used Olympus since the OM days and always liked their lenses for the clarity and general lack of artefacts that other generic lenses seemed to introduce when used.I have a number of Olympus 4/3 lenses and often wanted a little more reach from my 50-200 lens, so borrowed the EC-14 to try before buying. I took some shots with and without the converter at similar overall focal lengths, not very scientific I know, as the 50-200 was at different focal lengths for similar shots, so there would be some influence from these changed settings.Looking at the results in detail on Photoshop,

I can only said,,,, FANTASTIC OPTIC,,, I am fan of OLYMPUS, but also use canon for low ligth . I was I 2 mind to get this EC1,4 olympus converter or get a new Canon tele. I got this for my 50-200,,,, fantastic choice, extend to 585 mm , 1 stop less,, good choice..
