Okay at first I thought this was bad because I couldnt get the pen to twist out. I went to return it but was sensible and also messaged the seller with clear details what was wrong. They messaged me back withing a few hours and asked I try to screw the inner pen into the end. At first I was confussed but then I saw there was a plus shape in the end so I tried to screw that and it attached and now works fine. Which is handy to know when you want to use the free refill. Its bought as a gift but I tested it and the pen writing is so smooth I was amazed for the price. It's very pleasant to write with and pretty too. The little protective sleeve is good if you want to carry a pen in a pocket as it would stop it from leaking accidentally.

Continually unable to buy refills from Swarovski shop I looked online to find an alternative and found these. Very pleased with them - at a fraction of the cost you would never know they weren’t the “real thing”. It could be that the ink doesn’t last as long but the quality is good (not blotchy or scratchy) and at the price such good value I will never buy direct from Swarovski again!

I found it was difficult to get the original pen tip out of the holder and had to use two pairs of pliers and a lot of care to avoid damaging anything. The new refill went in, but I am reluctant to push it all the way, in case it is similarly hard to get out again. The result is that it's a couple of mms too long now, but I can use the pen!

Amazed at the quality of these pens, really pleased with purchase and they do look authentic to a non medical people like me. Mine was black ink with the ink flowing straight away no having to scribble to get it going like a lot of biros, it is not a thick 'write' which is 'fine' by me no pun intended! well not really

Had a swarvoski pen and had black ink. Always like writing in blue so saw these and bought them. They all fell out of the envelope on opening, they had just all been put straight in, without an internal bag. I tried all refills and 2 did not work, so ended up with 8 for my money. Still not too bad for price.

Good value for money! Very pleased, Originally for myself but brought 2nd set for Christmas Stocking Fillers as not only look good, write lovely and smooth, makes life with my iPad easier (using one of them now ?) benefit of pen refill and protection case. I ordered these to fit my Ted Baker bowtiful pen. The ink is much smoother than the original, making the pen nicer to write with. I did need to swap the black screw top for the original white top which came in the pen, as the refil was too small, but this isn't a major problem.

Beautiful pens for the money. Lots of lovely colours. Was really surprised when they came with little pouches and re-fills, even better value for money. Probably didn't read the product info correctly. These will make beautiful gifts. My daughter loved them too! Thank you.

Good price for refills for Swarovski Crystal Pen.The existing holder inside the pen needs to be retained to insert this refill into - found instructions on YouTube easily.Good value refills for quantity supplied, don’t know yet how long they will last, but write nicely.

I bought the dark purple pen which is a beautiful deep indigo colour. The pen works really well and is a lovely size - it also came in a beautiful velvety case with a replacement ink cartridge. The crystals in the pen are lovely and shiny under bright light! Very happy!

Great replacement for my much loved gadget pen (which at the time had 8 functions, none of them writing!). I now have enough refills to last me a lifetime! Arrived quickly and packed appropriately (loose, but no problem with that).Very pleased to have my pen back.

Ordered as an add-on these were a great find. They fit real Swarovski pens, and the copies. I have found they last quite a long time too, though these short refills never last a great length of time. The ink quality wasn't quite as good as others I've had though.

These fit my 3-in-1 multi tool pen perfectly, and they worked straight out of the pack.Recommended, but obviously check the length to be sure you have the correct ones as there are some that are longer for different versions of other makes of multi-tool pen.

I have a small pen with a flashlight on one end and it needs small refills. this fit perfectly and all the pens worked when I tested them.Every now and then it cuts out but a small scribble saves it.I will buy again as it lets me use the pen I like.

Meant to replace ink for about 5 years and didn’t know how to do it. Finally watched a YouTube tutorial and realised I could just buy the refills on here! They are great value for money, easy to replace and fast delivery.
