I usually use 200 gsm matt white paper in paper crafting (see photos), as I find it has the ideal mix of rigidity, while still being flexible enough to fold with and work. In my experience, while it is a bit more expensive, color copy paper is excellent quality and this 250gsm weight is no exception.I wanted to try out 250 gsm paper, as I was planning on making some very large paper sculptures and wanted the extra strength of 250 gsm.First off, the paper quality is very good. It works smoothly in inkjet printers, including colour printing and takes paint very well.I found there was quite a bit of difference between using 200 and 250 gsm paper in paper sculpting and I’d say 250 is on the border between paper and thin card-like thickness. For the detailed sections,I found 250 pretty much on the limit of what you could fold, while maintaining tight edges and detail, without starting to see the paper fibres break on the creases themselves. On the larger sections, where there as less detail, however, it really gave pieces significant additional strength.I ended up printing out the fine detail sections on 200gsm and the larger sections on 250gsm, to get the best of both worlds!Recommended

I love the paper quality! Super smooth with a good weight to it.I use it with Copic marker pens and the ink flows super nicely on the paper, without bleeding through too much (obviously there's some bleed through, but still), leaving a really even surface, it's perfect for markers! The paper is thick enough to make cards of and it's of a brilliant white colour so it's truly a blank slate. As I use it for my art project, I don't actually know how the paper does in a printer, BUT at work we use the ColorCopy 100gsm, and the results for that is fantastic, so I assume that the 250gsm would be tooThe reason why I only put it was 4 stars was because the packaging wasn't ideal for it.The ream was wrapped in bubble wrap and then plastic around that but even though it had bubble wrap, the ream paper was quite torn in many places and I had to get a box to store the paper instead of keeping it in the ream paper.

250gsm weight paper is good for business cards, postcards etc. Anything of less weight feels flimsy in the hand. I have used this and cut it to A5 & A6 sizes as handouts for a family business. I am perfectly satisfied and would buy again.

Bought this to try with my Copic markers as an alternative to the X-pressit blending card. In my opinion, it's just as good. Markers still ghost through but no full on bleed through. Colours show up lovely on it too. My new favourite! ?

the product name is misleading, more a thin card than a paper. great for printing images to colour with inks. well worth buying, I am a crafter and use this a lot.
