I use instead of a bra, with another vest top, this allows my bust to stay in place!. The support is not the same as a good fitting bra, which I am unable to wear as I have fibromyalgia. The fabric is pure cotton and they wash well and dry quickly. Comfort is my priority these days. Thank you to Mey Ladies, keep them coming.
