After having a tummy tuck, my doctor suggested that I wear Spanx as I continue to heal after coming out the medical binder. I love these Higher Power panties. I have not problem with them bunching, the compression is just what I need to give my core the support it needs as it continues to heal. Now that I have been given the green light to walk on the treadmill, I usually wear my panties and my Sweet Seat belt; well, I forgot the panties one day so I had to wear these......AMAZING.......there was no riding up, there was no discomfort and the Spanx gave me the support I needed while I walked. I would recommend these to anyone who has had a tummy tuck and is into the next phase.

These were good spanx and did the job of stream lining my mum tum. I read on other reviews that they roll down and this is true. I've had other spanx that have a plastic - almost sticky band at the top that prevents this but these didn't. It's okay if you can tuck them under your bra as that keeps them up but if wearing without a bra I think they would cause problems. I am 5'1 so these were a little long for my torso but that is the same for most control underwear i have found. Some other reviewers said that they got a 'double bum' in these so I was worried as I am pear shaped but I wore mine with a fitted satin dress and didn't find this to be the case.

I have the spanx version that goes to mid thigh and was looking for one without the leg coverage so I chose this one. It did what I expected it to do and that is it smoothed things out. I know a lot of reviewers were disappointed because it rolled down but it stayed put on me; I don't kno if that is because I am short and it goes all the way up to my bra and can in fact go under my bra. I bought the medium even though the size chart said a small but my other one was a medium and I liked the fit. I am between a size 8 and 10 mostly a 10. I wouldn't say it makes you look a lot thinner but if you have middle age back fat it certainly smooths that out and maybe makes your stomach look a bit flatter but just a bit.

Exactly what I wanted! I am 5'6 and weight 170-175 so I bought the Large and they fit perfectly! They are a lightweight fabric and offer a light-medium support (so don't expect these will suck you in light a corset).They do smooth things out nicely and hold the tummy in though :) These are perfect under pants or coupled with some Spanx tights or hose. Also I want to mention, they have EXCELLENT bootie coverage! Every single support panty I have ever purchased never seems to cover my butt and stay in place - well these do!! I just ordered two more pairs. With the free shipping, these are cheaper than on the Spanx website. Yay!!

I liked the product alot. Im about 5'4 and 120lbs. I bought a small. I have a 37in hip size and 28 waist size. (to give an idea on body type).I only wear this if im wearing tight fitting clothes. When i first put it on, i was worried about it fitting over my hips, i thought it might tear. But eventually i did get it on. I wore it for an 8.5h shift at work. I was also standing all day. There were times the top wanted to slide down a bit, but it didnt come down much. It wasnt noticeable either through the clothing when it started to slide down. It did its job well, it even helped a bit with back support throughout the day.

I have lost a lot of weight and this helps to smooth out the muffin top. Works when a tummy tuck isn't quite possible. The old spanx were heavy and bulky, these are light weight and easy to remove and get back into when going to the bathroom. I have had to buy a new pair here and there because the back which has a silicone strip has worn away. I am able to tuck that part under my bra, which prevents it from rolling down, but it would be helpful to have that part remain constant. Not disappointing however, and doesn't prevent me to wearing the garment. I have one in black and tan.

Was trying to hide my uncontrolled menopausal bulging hormonal belly… wearing this works wonder to shrunk and artificially shaped you love handles, but as the days goes by, it felt like my brain was squashed too to the extent it felt like my head were exploding. So I decided to stop wearing this and let my uncontrolled menopausal bulging belly floats free. And it felt so good and natural. For not I’m sticking to do some exercises.To be honest it works wonder to hide your natural sagging belly. But be cautious! When you feel like your brain is popping out consider to remove it.?

THIS IS AMAZING!!!! Excellent butt, hips and abdomen control! The material is light, soft and comfortable. This is excellent for everyday wear! Also if you have a lot of junk in the truck like I do this is perfect, it is full coverage. Initially, I was concerned about the butt coverage, I was pleasantly surprised to see how well it covers and gives me a natural and smooth shape. Also, it can be worn at the waist to create that hour glass figure. It can be placed directly under the bra as well. Completely seamless! I would buy several of these!

This shaper is amazing! I wish I had bought one of these years ago! I am 5'2 and weigh 120 but I've had 8 children and have a pretty big belly because of that. This Spanx shaper holds it all in and I feel very confident wearing my slimmer dresses. Last week I even tucked my shirt in which I haven't done in years. It does roll in the back after you wear it a few times but I just wash the rubber band in the back with a little water on my fingers before I wear it and then it usually stays.

Can't go wrong with Spanx. I use them all the time, but I'm finding them especially helpful during this pregnancy. I find that I get less back pain, and my bump has a much nicer shape using these panties. I've tried traditional maternity shapewear, and it never fits right or feels good. These do the trick perfectly. I'm only 16 weeks, so it may get to a point when they're too tight, but I'm definitely happy with them through these early stages.

The comfiest pants going. I have tried all from supermarket to high street varieties and these although majorly more expensive are the best. Medium support, smooths all bumps to make clothing look better. All other brands have rolled over time, these do not. I pull them up to my bra line so my bra keeps them secure too. Added bonus is that underwire bras don't dig as much as you have the layer of pants over skin, if you get me?!

This purchase was my first Spanx product. I am 5'8 and 167 pounds. Dieting and exercising to get to 150. I bought this to wear under a dress. It did the job. It smoothed me and made my muffin top disappear. I did feel somewhat constricted however. Also, this is a one piece garment. If you have to use the ladies room, you have to peel the whole pantie down. It does work though, but with a touch of discomfort.

Deffinately has a tight hold and smooths with out showing any weird lines but not the best tummy control. I have some others that slim more but this works better for very form fitting stuff because it wont show. Very long as well, I am 5'8 160lbs and the top goes rite under my bra line so petite girls beware maybe. Fabric is a little on the thin side which is nice for not getting hot but may rip easily.

Really love the way these fit. I accidentally ordered a size too large, but they still do a really nice job of smooth everything okay. This is the second pair of Spanx I've purchased, and these are far superior to the ones I purchased a few years ago. The material is soft to the touch, it's not hot, you can move in them. I would definitely buy again. I'm thinking about buying some in black now.

Love these! Perfect fit! After two babies these were the best thing I found and they actually breathe they are not at all uncomfortable just the opposite actually addictive! I don't leave home without my Spanx. I've tried all the others and even different versions and this is the best no lines and I just feel all pulled into place. Great buy and they fit true to size. Will buy more!
