Much like the Atlas 150 pasta machine this attachment is designed for, the same solidity and quality of construction are present here too.I’m delighted at how well this gadget works too.... such a revelation having only made ravioli by hand until now.A word of caution though, be careful not to over fill it otherwise you’ll end up running out of pasta whilst there’s still filling present in the hopper.The cutting rollers are removable allowing for easy cleaning, and the rugged stainless steel chassis wipes clean with the minimum of effort so keeping it clean is, thankfully, a breeze.An instruction manual, clearly detailing how lay the pasta out, fill and operate this attachment,

Great item. Could not wait to try it and it did not disappoint. There is a knack to using it. Only use half full hopper at a time so you don’t run out of pasta before the filling and it helps when the filling is being pushed gently down while cranking slowly. When you start make sure you turn the crank until you see the bottom of pasta coming through underneath without filling and then add the hopper and filling otherwise it can scrunch up with the filling and make a bit of a mess. Once got the hang of it it was easy. Ravioli do not come apart easy but it’s no trouble to cut them with pastry wheel afterwards. I am happy with the attachment.

I bought this to use with my Marcato pasta maker 150.The other attachments have built in holes for the motor, this attachment doesn't.So I had to do it by hand, which is a bit frustrating when you have a small kitchen and cannot fix the machine to your work top.Having said that, the quality and the shape of the pasta are just great.

Beautifully designed and manufactured, as always with Mercato, but not normal 15-25mm pappardelle. Ribbons are 50mm wide, more like lasagnette.With a bit of care, it's possible to run the ribbons through a 2nd time and create standard 1" pappardelle.

well built, excellent quality. Does what it says on the box.Bought direct from Italy online, much better value than John Lewis.We found this fantastic attachment made ravioli making easy and they cooked perfectly, very pleased with our purchase.

Excellent build quality and ease of use. All the Marcato products we own and use are top quality and should last a very long time.Thoroughly recommend all Marcato products. Just make sure you follow the instructions and do NOT wash in water.

Love this attachment for making, in effect, thicker spaghetti. Very easy to use and works very well. From the attachment straight to the boiling water for really tasty fresh pasta. Now I can really appreciate freshly made pasta.

Fantastic attachment for making bigoli. Rolled my dough on setting 3 as opposed to the recommended 2 and came out perfectly. Excellent quality and durability as usual from Marcato.

Works really well. I does take some practice though, so don't be disheartened if the first couple of batches come out badly. Hubby now creates delicious fresh ravioli like a pro!

Excellent - as all Marcato products I have purchased have been! It is well made, easy to clean and a versatile pasta cutter that fits well on to my Marcato pasta machine.

This will make fresh thin noodles you just can`t cut them by hand as thin . As with all marcato products it is a sturdy quality item . thanks

Really good product. VERY expensive as an add on however but once the main item has been purchased, you don’t have much choice!

Compatible with the pasta machine that I bought for my husband. He likes it and the pasta is good. Also easy to use and clean.

Bit of a faff at first but ok once you get the hang of it makes great ravioli could be easier to clean though hence 4 star
