This makes gorgeous star-shaped ravioli as long as you don't mind faffing about to cut them out properly - as usual with ravioli moulds the raised parts that should separate the ravioli when you roll the rolling pin over it, are not tall/sharp enough. I spent ages with the back of a spoon rubbing over the outlines to cut them out individually. There is however nothing better on the market as far as I have established through extensive research! It is well worth the faff to get superb unusual ravioli. I have no regrets about buying this, I just wish companies that make ravioli moulds would make it easier to separate the individual ravioli...
