The actual product is good but the item provided to myself which was a christmas present was faulty. when my child opened the gift and prepared it as insttructed inc. charging the car would not run.To resolve the issue as quickly as possible as it was a gift I had to take the cr to a model specialist who informed me that the motor was faulty. I had to pay £17 for a replacment motor so my child could use the car.

Product worked for one day and that's it! Changed batteries etc etc, still not worked. Pls can someone contact me with my options
