Nice shirt, decent quality denim, colour accurate to the photo.As for the sizing on this, I am 6'2 slim, long arms, with fairly broad shoulders/chest and the size Large fits me almost perfectly. Sleeve length could be a centimetre or two longer for optimal fit on my long arms, but it's still fine as it is. A smidge looser around the chest would have been perfect, but again no problem as it is, I can button it all the way up and it's fine, there's only a slight stretch if I really puff my shoulders and chest out. I can't quite button up the very top button at my neck, but to be fair i have a thick neck so i can rarely do this anyway. I like a slim fit, and this shirt is almost perfect for this,

Great shirt, very pleased with it and a good price. 6', 42" chest, no beer belly, 32" waist, medium build, normally an L. I followed others advice and went a size up, XL. Not convinced this was a great idea as it is a bit on the large size but I suspect the L might be a little too small, and it might shrink a bit - we'll see.UPDATE - the XL was too big. Tried shrinking it - it didn't shrink. Ordered a Large and it fit so much better. These shirts are a slim fit - if you're a gym ape or sporting a fashionable beer belly then it won't fit. Around the chest and shoulders I found it as I'd expect for a Large. They're great shirts, well made and smart - I now have a light blue one,

Was looking for a denim shirt to replace a worn out old one. Looked at quite a few but decided on Levi's. Its a bit expensive compared to a lot of others, but a lot of the others look cheap. Was not disappointed with this shirt. Its a great cut and the shade of denim is good for me. The shirt feels very well made and just looks cool. Glad I spent the extra - you don't always get what you pay for, but in this case you really do. The next step up from here are the ridiculously expensive designer brands. In my opinion they dont look any better or feel better made. They do have a label proudly displaying how much cash you've got to waste on vanity, but that is not for me.

I chose 4 out 5 stars for this because I'm a slim guy and I normally fit size small tops. However this one seemed a bit tight for me round the chest. Maybe I've gained weight?! Nevertheless there should have been a chest measurement guide for this listed on the product description so that I could get it right the first time. Now I've ordered a size Medium, which I'm hoping will fit perfectly for me. It is a beautifully crafted shirt however, crafted by the original denim guys Levis. I saw my mate at uni wear it and instantly fell in love with it. Hope the ladies like it as much as I do! Great shirt, great buy. Just next time there should be a size guide to this. Thanks standout for this shirt.

after reading different reviews i was a bit doubtful of the fitand sizing, best way to review a shirt size is measure the pit to pitit gives people more idea of the fit as they can measure a shirt of their own and compareanyway it fitted fine its not slim fitthe pit to pit on the XXL is 25 inchesnarrows to 24 so slight decreaselooks great on, the colour is a washed look not a pitch blackso don't expect to look like Jack Palance or Johnny Cash : )i would say it rugged style worn in and a relaxed lookdare i do double demin? hell yeah! just not the same clolourwayso there you have it, hope it helps as purchasing online can be a pain if its the wrong size

You have to be careful with the choice of size with this shirt, fortunately I got the right one with just a fraction of room to make it comfortable to wear. I am 5' 11" chest size 42" waist 34 medium/broad around the shoulders. Sleeve length is just on the wrist any less and this would have been a return. I would say if you are in any doubt about the fit to size aspect go up one size if not then go with your regular size, I did, and i just got away with it.

Had this year in my 30s (30 years ago). Originally ordered XLarge, which fits comfortably for most other clothing. Changed for XXL which fits much better although sleeves then too long, but OK rolled up a bit.Problem with reliving your youth is things are never quite as you remember them. Material doesn't seem as heavy as I remember, Shiulders very square and boxy.And obviously, as it is an American icon, it is made in the Far East.

I love this shirt. It looks very smart to wear. The material feels great the buttons look very nice too. I wear with black jeans and white trainers and t-shirt underneath and it's a good look. It's smart and casual and fits allot of jean types. I purchased at a good price and the return was great. I feel that I was sold an authentic Levi's product. No issues at all with the shirt. My favorite to wear.

I bought my last black Levi shirt about 30 years ago and still have it. I expected the quality to have come down after all these years but was pleasantly surprised that the shirt is as good quality as my last one. The press studs have changed from the 'pearl' ones but apart from that the fit is good and the denim is lovely and thick. Can't beat the genuine article.

Nice shirt though returned the first one because it had a red tab without the 'levis' name on it.I know that levis have patented two style tabs, and that it was a genuine levis shirt, but if I'm getting a levis shirt, then I want a 'levis' monicker red tab on it.The second delivery had the identifiable 'levis' moniker on the red tab. Satisfaction guaranteed!

Exact fit (i tried identical shirt in levi store a few days before i ordered) so i knew xl was my size, was meant to be delivered on 18th june, but was delivered on 19th june, i was informed that would be the case by the track your parcel online number, so that was not a problem, thoroughly pleased with my purchase and will be ordering again

I am normally a medium in most things (40/41 inch chest) but this shirt runs tight so a the large is a much better fit. Therefore my advice is if in doubt go a size larger than normal. This indigo flannel colour has no stretch as it is 100% cotton but some other colours do. I got mine at £32.50 so pleased with price compared with retail.

After returning the medium size changed to a large which was a perfect fit, so I guess the measuring chart is one size out for this product. Very pleased with the Levi quality but would have liked the stud buttons to be more pearlescent like they use to be rather than the Matt plastic effect. Prompt delivery.

This shirt is fantastic quality great colour and style.I have large shoulders and a 32 waist so I went off other reviewers and had an XL.If you use weights and are big in chest area you will not be happy-for me it fitted fine and its good to have a shirt with model name ie Barstow

Very nice looking denim shirt. The quality of the denim is a good thickness and feels it will last for years to come!Looks very smart wihh a pair of black jeans.Shirt size medium is a bit loose for me. I am a 38" chest, however ri will still wear it because it looks that good!
