This is a pair of jeans such as you might have bought twenty years ago—except that, in common with most tight-fitting jeans today, they have just a little bit of stretchiness thanks to 1% elastene. 1% might not seem like much, but they cling comfortably to the skin and shape themselves to your leg. I've got pairs which are a bit stretchier than these are. On balance, I think I prefer these, which feel more solid, especially around the pockets, which are particularly well made. The weight of these jeans is autumn or spring, not winter or summer. Clingy jeans tend to be too hot in summer and too cold in winter, though, again, these are a little bit heavier than some I have and so not quite as subject to weather conditions.Kudos to Lee for making intermediate sizes.I'm a 33 waist, 32 leg. I don't really enjoy fitting into a 32, and 34 is too roomy, but many manufacturers persist with the notion that the intermediate 1 inch sizes are not called for. The leg length is fine. This is a long 32, which will go right down to the tops of shoes with just a little turn at the bottom. There's no need to choose a different length for fear of it being too long or too short. Again, kudos to Lee for paying attention to this.I like these. They feel sturdy. The colour will certainly fade over time, but this will give more character as it goes.

I confess that I have always bought Levi jeans, not really as a brand loyalty thing but more out of habit, sorry Levi. These then are my first Lee jeans and I have to say I am rather impressed. These Luke slim tapered blue/blacknight jeans are really a bit of a revelation for me. Unused to this style and cut I anticipated them being rather uncomfortable, which proved not to be the case. The denim was soft, the cut fitted well around the waist, giving me a nice looking backside, even though I do say so myself! The quality of cloth, stitching and rivets is very good and the cut classy. The blue/black colour is just a little strange, seeming either blacker or bluer depending on what other colours you pair it with, this I like very much. The label boasts about natural irregularities which make each garment unique and indeed there are some gentle scuff/fade areas which again I quite like. The insert label with washing instructions is in so many languages that each is positively tiny but the gist is that they may transfer colour to other garments and fade if dried in bright sunlight. I washed them inside out and on their own, which worked out fine.I am impressed with these and that may well have broken my Levi habit, which is saying something!

As with other jeans offered by Lee, the Luke Slim Tapered jeans are a little stretchy. This is certainly useful, since straight out of the pack the tapering at the ankle is quite snug and were they to shrink even slightly on first wash the 98.5% cotton might be troublesome for your circulation. But the 1.5% elastic in the textile mix assists matters by giving enough of a comfort buffer zone so that you get the look you are after without any problems. It turns out there is minimum shrinkage after first wash, by the way, and the comfort remains. Regarding the first wash, these are a deep, not too dark, blue and you had better wash them by themselves or with other blues,if you wish to avoid colour run into lighter clothes. Learned that lesson long ago, so thankfully didn’t experience this issue this time! Comfortable, smart and recommended.

These jeans are a really comfy fit. The sizes seem spot on to me (I notice a couple of reviews saying sizing it slightly out - not for me in a 32/32).The dark indigo denim is nice and soft, and the colour is really rich. I like the pre-fading down the front of the leg.The leg is a skinny/tapered fit but the ankles are not ridiculously tight and the small amount of elastane in the mix gives a slight stretch. The zip is a bit clunky and the buttonhole is exceedingly tight to begin with, but overall the fit is excellent. The pockets are a decent depth. The waistline height I would consider to be slightly on the low cut side (i.e. depth from crotch to waistline) , but that's how I like to wear my jeans. If you are after a deep waist then the Luke might not be the style for you.

These are very nicely cut in a extra slim tapered styleThe material is soft touch light weight indigo dyed denim - perfect for warmer months.Slightly stretchy mixed denim - very soft and no wearing in required. The jeans feel lovely next to the skin and fit as expected - though bear in mind they’re slim fit - so are tight on the legs slightly tight in the thighs though relaxed around the crotch area.Low waisted34/32 would suit a 5’10-6’-1” tall man approx 12 stone in weightCan be turned up at the dry cleaners for Shorter inside legTheee are non Selvedge so the finishing isn’t very nice on the Inside - visible overlocking - it’s to be expected at this price pointMade in Bangladesh

The 'Lee Men's Luke Tapered Fit Jeans, Blue (Blueblack Night Jjhs), W36/L32' are a great quality pair of medium weight denim jeans, in an attractive shade of blue-black. It's a while since I've tried a pair of jeans from a premium brand such as Lee, and I was shocked by the difference in quality and comfort between these and the cheaper brands. They have tapered legs but aren't overly tight on the thighs and above, and fit muscly calves without being so tight that they're uncomfortable on the calf. They wash well (obviously, being very dark denim, be very careful what you wash them with) and are not showing signs of wear as yet.Superior jeans in an attractive colour.

Lovely jeans. Indigo coloured, so a very dark blue black, which I like. As a man of a certain age, a little paunch has developed (I have no idea how that happened!!), so the slight elasticity in the waist means they are very comfortable to wear. Although the legs are tapered, the elasticity on the ankles means they can be removed without having to cut your way out! Soft to wear, looking good... I recommend these! They fit me fine, so the comments on extreme leg length don't apply as far as I can see. These are 36 waist, and just the right length in the leg for me, and I'm only five ten. Value and quality...definitely recommended!

Now these jeans are a lovely blue colour according to husband and I have to agree with him they are. A tapered fit so no baggy or slouchy look to them at all. Rather smart and the material does seem hard wearing. Smart enough for wearing with a jacket for a semi casual work wear. They fit ever so well and have been washed more than a few times and now colour fade somthwts even better. Always worth trying on in a shop to make sure fit it right as different makes tend to differ slightly but these are spot on sizewise.

Is it navy or is it black? Why not both. Lee Men's Luke Jeans are a stylish, comfortable pair of jeans that don't cling too tight to the legs. They're still slim fit so expect this to still be a snug fit but it's not so tight you'll be constantly struggling to keep comfy. As a personal note, the crutch area can get a little tight so it might be worth bearing this in mind when sitting down with these on but its a minor point for an otherwise very comfy and stylish product. Highly recommended!

I purchased a few pairs of black jeans being aware that I'd keep only one of them if any at all. When you buy stuff online, especially jeans, it is nearly impossible to judge how they would fit, that's why I'd order 4 or five and make up my mind. While these were not the cheapest I just decided in a heart beat to keep them. After a few drinking sessions they look even better, I think.

These are absolutely fantastic jeans. They are a very nice shade of Dark Blue, are soft and comfortable and wash very well. The ones i had were a zip fastening which i prefer and the legs were nice and wide and well proportioned. They are extremely well made, there was no loose stitching anywhere and i feel are an excellent price for such good quality ( 80 quid at time of review)

These are lovey jeans - a superb colour. The colour is described as Blueblack Night it is a very dark blue and goes with lots of colours.Great fit.The shape is “Slim Tapered” which is a very flattering style: slim but not skin tight. The current price for the size we needed is £76.49 which I would say is a tad expensive.Recommended item.

I have been buying Lee jans from a high st shop and have always found them to be a good comfortable fit. Now we have moved to the country there are no quality shops close by so I have bought these online for the first time. It will not be the last time! The fit style and comfort I have become used to and at a very good price too. Very pleased.

These are good quality and I'd keep them, but they are definitely skinny (not slim) around the hips and in the groin area. I have to pull my (average size) **** up to feel more comfortable, if you know what I mean. They also squeeze the buttocks together. I'm not exactly athletic but not even tiny bit overweight either, if that helps.
