Always found the flared end toward the tip in this Lamy range to be both comfortable and practical for the fountain pen range (left handed in my case) that I use for letters and cards. The Lamy rollerball is exactly the same pen case, can be used equally well by left- or right-handers and give a smooth ink flow. The medium width blue gives exactly the same personalised look that I get from the fountain pen. Much more classy for birthday cards etc., than a random biro you may have around the house

I have used LAMY writing tools for many years. All four strokes. Fountain pen, pencil, ballpoint pen and roller ball pen. Available in many colors. Original refils are of good quality. I also use ink LAMY T52 (Multiple Colors) for the fountain pen. Easy and it doesn't falter. I give my character based on design, quality, range. In terms of writing, there are also many other good products on the market. ✨✨✨✨✨

I like Lamy pens generally, but this is a much nicer pen than the cheaper ballpoints. Profile is quite chunky, which I like, without being too heavy. The rollerball is nice quality and writes smoothly. It leaves quite a thick mark on the paper - not good if you want fine writing but great for readable, clear notes.Also, people are less likely to steal your pen off your desk if it's bright yellow.

Lovely pens, I also have the fountain pen in white too and they make a nice set. Bought this as I lost my last one on holiday. Slight disappointment as it came with blue ink not black like my last (this is made clear in the product page but I didn't read it carefully enough so not seller's fault). Inexpensive but so much classier than a biro! Better to write with too.

Bought this to replace an identical one that got mangled in the washing machine (left in shirt pocket - had to replace that as well!). Would have got 5 stars if the ink had been black.Why does the standard ink always seem to be blue, especially when most forms demand to be completed in black?So one star lost because I had to buy a black replacement ink refill.

I love these pens, I've actually purchased 3 that I use at work. An absolute joy to write with, I enjoy the size of them, as with the cap in they are reasonably large. My only gripe is that the cartridges empty very quickly for what I would expect from the cost. Overall very pleased with these pens,i have even receive compliments on them from colleagues.

Very smooth feel and a good design. There is a nice grip cut into the pen near the nib, which suit most writing style. I use this much more than my Parker equivalent. Re-fills are cheap, but they don't seem to last as long as rivals. That doesn't bother me too much as they can normally be bought for under £3.

The pen is simple, lovely to touch and writes beautifully. I love the design, and the way that it feels when I write. The ink flow is excellent, and the whole experience makes my writing a real pleasure. I'll probably look to buy some more of these in other colours for members of my family.

The blue ink in the LAMY Safari Rollerball is a pleasing indigo blue, I'm also very pleased with the quality feel of the pen and ease of holding it between fingers. I love the red colour, making the pen easy to see. Nice sturdy shirt clip, too. I love it.

Came packaged as would in the shop in a plastic casing. The quality of the pen itself is lovely, really smooth writing, grip is wonderful, and so ergonomic, and the feel of the plastic the pen is made of is lovely, and not slippery at all.

I do enjoy writing with a Lamy rollerball, this is my second and I cannot fault the quality and how it feels to write with this pen.I have also bought the refills in blue and black, so I can keep using my two Lamy pens for years to come.

Stylish pen, writes well. Wish it had come with a black refill which is more of a standard colour and would be better for people who have to use black ink for records e.g. Nurses. I know I can buy a refill but it's a bit wasteful.

Very nice, expensive for a pen, but you can feel uniqueness. Soft is nice, i didn't like the liquid is too wet but i got used to it. It is sometimes bad for some papers, so you need to make sure where are you writing with this.

Bought for my mum's birthday she loves it how it writes etc . The only thing that disappointed me personally was it's all plastic I think for the money it could be a bit fancier . Just personal taste no impact on how pen works.

Personally I have rather limited experience from rollerballs, but this one seems to do the job just fine. Sometimes when starting to write the ink doesn't immediately "come out of the pen" but this happens quite rarely.
