I like Lamy pens generally, but this is a much nicer pen than the cheaper ballpoints. Profile is quite chunky, which I like, without being too heavy. The rollerball is nice quality and writes smoothly. It leaves quite a thick mark on the paper - not good if you want fine writing but great for readable, clear notes.Also, people are less likely to steal your pen off your desk if it's bright yellow.

Bought this to replace an identical one that got mangled in the washing machine (left in shirt pocket - had to replace that as well!). Would have got 5 stars if the ink had been black.Why does the standard ink always seem to be blue, especially when most forms demand to be completed in black?So one star lost because I had to buy a black replacement ink refill.

I love these pens, I've actually purchased 3 that I use at work. An absolute joy to write with, I enjoy the size of them, as with the cap in they are reasonably large. My only gripe is that the cartridges empty very quickly for what I would expect from the cost. Overall very pleased with these pens,i have even receive compliments on them from colleagues.

Very smooth feel and a good design. There is a nice grip cut into the pen near the nib, which suit most writing style. I use this much more than my Parker equivalent. Re-fills are cheap, but they don't seem to last as long as rivals. That doesn't bother me too much as they can normally be bought for under £3.

14cm long and 15 grams, including the weight of the refill. Light but balanced.Large and bright enough to find with ease.Large metal clip holds pen securely in place.Feels durable although not as durable as a metal pen.Its a shame its only supplied with a blue refill.

Love this Pen, I still have my Yellow Pen, Fountain Pen and Mechanical Pencil which I bought 20 years ago, I love the pink and it makes writing all the more fun. I am a massive Lamy fan, my son has the silver aluminium set and it arrived the very next day :)

The blue ink in the LAMY Safari Rollerball is a pleasing indigo blue, I'm also very pleased with the quality feel of the pen and ease of holding it between fingers. I love the red colour, making the pen easy to see. Nice sturdy shirt clip, too. I love it.

I do enjoy writing with a Lamy rollerball, this is my second and I cannot fault the quality and how it feels to write with this pen.I have also bought the refills in blue and black, so I can keep using my two Lamy pens for years to come.

Stylish pen, writes well. Wish it had come with a black refill which is more of a standard colour and would be better for people who have to use black ink for records e.g. Nurses. I know I can buy a refill but it's a bit wasteful.

Bought for my mum's birthday she loves it how it writes etc . The only thing that disappointed me personally was it's all plastic I think for the money it could be a bit fancier . Just personal taste no impact on how pen works.

I love Lamy pens and when I saw it in the pink colour I couldn't resist. A beautiful pen which makes it comfortable to write with.Would recommend to anyone who does a great deal of writing like me.

Superb feel and smooth ball. I bought a cheap pack of supermarket rollerballs and they were just scratchy rubbish. With the refills these are far cheaper and better quality. I'm a Lamy convert.

Excellent pen feels good in the hand, but I have got another & I think the ink runs out quicker than expected. (this one was for my wife as she liked the yellow one I have bought previously)

Writes like a much more expensive pen. It is a pleasure to use. Very prompt delivery from seller. In my view a good investment for those of us who still write longhand.

This was a replacement for a lost pen. Happens to be a favourite make of mine. Pens are very individual choices, so recommending it is not necessarily helpful!
