Love the La Sportiva Tarantula rock climbing shoes - they are comfortable, do their job well, well-made with high standard workmanship and fashionable! The women´s model fits well, no pinch or pain points, which is rare for a new pair of snug fitting rock climbing shoes. The straps in opposite direction is pure genius, easy to take off while affording more snug and fit. Thanks to Trekkin, the shoes arrive within the time indicated - was skeptical at first as I ordered from Australia. Pleased that Trekkin is reliable and professional - bravo and please keep it up!

i´ve been using these shoes for about two years now, and it´s been a great pair of climbing shoes to learn in. after they were broken in they were, and are, very comfortable. having ,the velcro instead of laces is down to personal preference, but i prefer being able to get them off quickly. only giving them 4 stars though, due to the fact that as my climbing is progressing, i find that i want stickier compound on the soles. could be a bit better for that, but really for what they are it is hard to complain!

These are my first pair of climbing shoes after hiring for the first couple of months, and so far I´m really happy with them. I did some research first and the Tarantulas seemed like a good choice for beginner climbers. I sized down one full size, and so far this is a good fit, still tight and has tension (which is good), but not unbearble. I´m expecting them to stretch a little over time, but as a first purchase and especially for indoor climbing, I think they´ll do the job just fine!

Really pleased with the shoes. They fit well with good fabric uppers and feel comfy to wear barefoot, the toe box is a reasonable shape for getting used to this style of shoe too as a new climber. The distinctive colour scheme of La Sportiva finishes the look. Only thing i have found so far is low ankle bones sit on the side of the shoe but hopefully they soften up with use and that is less of an issue. Considering the lack of running around it shouldnt be a problem.

If you are looking for a starting pair of cimbing shoes, those were a good option for me. I wear 41,5 on street shoes, so I picked 40,5 on this pair and it fits pretty good and I believe i could go half a size lower. They are not the best for heel hooks or for really steep climbing but when you are starting you lack precision and the rubber is not just thick but also resistent. 5 starts because it does all what is needed for it's level of use.

It was the first use, but it was very good to be able to use it with peace of mind because we frequently contacted us by e-mail from ordering until the product arrived. I was worried that the product would arrive safely because it was shipped from abroad, but I was satisfied that it was delivered smoothly without any trouble. The price was reasonable and the correspondence was good, so I would like to use it again in the future.

very pleased fast delivery. and super shoe. is my 4th time I buy these shoes. among other had but it fit my best. namely a slightly wider fit. and is affordable. and yet is relatively long. has her same rubber as the more expensive shoe. good grip. Also on the small edges. climb often it outside. and there comes into its own. You can keep the shoe easily spend a whole day and just go without it moulted sit.

It was a gift for my girlfriend, they are of excellent quality, the Velcro is perfect, they fit very easily, super comfortable. I would recommend measuring your sole and using the size chart order from 1 number to 1.5 below your shoe size ordinary, everything else perfect, as it is important to be as tight as possible as a glove to have the greatest gripping ability.

This is the second pair that I buy from this model, they are very comfortable (as comfortable as some cat feet can be) thanks to its "shape" a little wider than normal in other models. They get very easily thanks to its open and velcro instep system. Perfect for people who start or for experienced climbers who want comfortable cats for daily training.

In the absence of trying them, they are quality cat feet and when you put them on for the first time they do not bother what others may bother. Easy to put on and take off although each foot has 2 crossed velcro, one in each direction something that I had not noticed but is of little importance. To date satisfied in the absence of trying them more.

I only climb up to 5.11a and V4/5 indoors, these shoes does the job. they are comfortable, the sole is thick, which gives them a longer life, that also means they don´t offer a whole lot of sensitivity, but I see it as an opportunity for better footwork. Size runs large, I wear 39 on Kanata and Katana lace, so I ordered 39. Should have got 38.5.

Very fast arrival time. They are very comfortable, I have a normal shoe 37 and I ordered a 36.5 and they fit me very well. They go great in rock and in rocodromo. They are cat feet in which the shape of the front is quite straight that for me is ideal (utilitzo insoles with the normal shoes for problems in the feet).

I have got a so-called Morton´s toe (the second toe is longer than the great toe), so any rental shoes didn´t fit me. I tried many different kinds of shoes at several shops and finally decided to buy this one. I am so happy with them, and now I don´t need to take shoes off every time I take a rest !!

They are of excellent quality, they seem to stick to the wall and give a feeling of comfort and safety. The velcro is perfect, they fit easily. As cons only that are somewhat narrow, I would recommend ordering from 1 number to 1.5 below your ordinary shoe size, everything else perfect.

It was the first individual import, but the response was polite and the product was smooth without any problems. The sad point that I think I will use again is that the delivery of Japan Post was bad, but this is ok because it is not related to this site or product
