I bought this RAM as rather a novice - and then read stuff online that said I should buy RAM in pairs etc etc. I rang up the company and they were there to speak to straight away - in a knowledgeable and not over-techie way (I'm sure they could have been if I had wanted it). They listened and understood my situation completely, and were able to give excellent specific advice. I recommend these people - and the product is just fine and very well-priced!

Being a bit of a novice when it comes to PC's i checked out a few forums and was directed towards this for upgrading my Dimension's 5000 RAM.Its easy to install and has improved my 1gb pc to a 3gb, you can certainly tell the difference in terms of my pc's performance now and has helped deter me from ugrading to my next pc for the min.

Ive noticed some improvement in speed on my xp desktop, not significantly noticeable. product was easy to install. However Ive been told you're supposed to buy these in pairs, this isnt stated in description
