A wonderful buy! I had given up on all playhouse options when I finally came across this one. It's perfectly sized, easy to assemble, and priced fairly. My main criticism is that it's labeled as an "outdoor" playhouse, but the finish is not weather-resistant. I suggest painting the house with an outdoor paint to extend it's life. I also suggest getting a piece of MDF or sanded plywood to add as a floor. 48"x48" should suffice. This will also prevent the door threshold from breaking if stepped on repeatedly. It would also be great if they included a small LED lighting system instead of a crazy-loud doorbell.

My grandson, age 5, and I enjoyed building the house which took us about five days. The construction would have gone much faster if I had done it myself but wouldn't have been nearly as much fun. My grandson put in all the screws. He is constantly making upgrades, such as adding hinges to the grill cover, adding a handle to the inside of the door and adding additional support to the post between door and window . We plan to add lights and a wooden floor and whatever else he thinks of.

This little playhouse arrived in good time and packaged well. The design of the house is so well thought out and easy to put together, actually had fun building the little house. My 20 month old twin boys love it, they run in and out, press the doorbell, play with the mailbox, every item is utilized. It is so beautiful, it actually sits in their room and makes for a beautiful design feature in their room, it's the perfect size. Very happy with my purchase - quality product!

We purchased this for our three daughters ages 3, 6 & 7. They all have a blast playing in it including our neighborhood kids. I looked around at quite a few and thought this one would look the best in our backyard – it exceeded my expectations! It looks so great in my backyard and the girls absolutely love it. Easy assembly, super sturdy and durable I know we will have this to enjoy for years to come. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a playhouse.

It was super easy to put together. My husband got it done in under 3 hours. It's pretty roomy inside. There was enough room for a toy Ikea kitchen and two stools, with enough room for my 5 and 2 year old to maneuver around. I wish the window planter was a little deeper. It's only around 2 inches deep, so we didn't have many choices of flowers to plant. It does have two small holes for drainage, which is a plus.

My kids love their new playhouse. However it would be nice if the doorbell feature had an on off button. Not only did my kids want to press it over and over and over and over, everytime the wind blew, it would set off the doorbell. We ended up having to take the batteries out of it bc it was driving us crazy. But it was pretty easy to put together. Definitely needed 2 people though. Great quality though!

I got this playhouse for my 4 year old and 18 month old and it is absolutely perfect for both of them! They love it so much and have hours and hours of fun playing shop, house and more! It is big enough for even me to get in there with them but small enough to fit nicely on my porch which I love and I love that it will be able to be used by my children for years to come!

The perfect play house! Easy to put together. Assembly took about 2 hours with 2 people. Was missing the plastic part to the awning, but we improvised and it’s fine. The kids love the doorbell and mailbox. Lots of space inside to add a small table or chairs. Great value! Since it’s wood, I Wish they offered some sort of platform option for it to get it off the ground.

Overall very pleased with it. Couple of pilot holes in the wrong location which caused a lot of confusion initially but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. Probably a bit on the pricey side for what it is but children are enjoying it and great for lots of different imaginative games so overall happy with the purchase.

Really like the fact that it is made of wood. It was fun to put together. Our granddaughter just loves her new playhouse, to the point that she won’t come in the house for anything.Both Robertson bits should be part of the kit, #2 was included , however you also need a #1 (for S13, #6x5/8 screw)

We set this up a couple weeks ago and cant keep the kids out! They even had a sleepover in there! Their neighbor hood friends come and bring all their toys, play drive thru, you name it! goes so well with the outdoor decor also, were thrilled! Easy set up and super durable!

It is great really big inside, our son loves it. 2 adults and a kid can be in there. Very sturdy. The directions would be more helpful if you put marks on the wood and please know you need a real drill to put it together! Felt like a carpenter lol

This playhouse has been a great success. When it arrived our grandkids were excited to help assemble it and now are enjoying it every day. They have their meals on the picnic table and play all sorts of imaginative games in it. Great design!

We love this playhouse SO much! Only downfall is we have had it less than a year and the door is falling apart. Wondering if we should have done some sort of weather treatment on it or something?

This house is exactly what we wanted for our daughter’s bday. She was sooo excited! My husband was able to assemble it by himself for her in a few hours, we’re extremely happy with the purchase
