I had done a lot of online research as well as talking to a to a lot of photography enthusiastic colleagues as regards to which is the best camera bag to buy. I have a three and a half year old son and my wife bought a really good camera. As we both were beginners in the specialised art of photography, we just bought a Nikon with a standard lens. Since the purchase, I started researching which is/was the best camera backpack to buy. After debating with my colleagues, I decided to get what would work for my needs (this was their advice). After 4 weeks of researching online (amongst various websites - thanks to google), I decided to buy this backpack. We took it on our first outing (when I had family visiting from abroad)on a long drive to the Lake District and then to Scotland with a lot of wet weather.I found the fact that I could remove the camera from the side without taking off the whole backpack really efficient. We then tried the backpack out on a visit to Venice a couple of weeks ago.I was able to fit in the "emergency nappies" in the slot for the tablet, fill up the top of the space with wet wipes, 2 changes of clothes and emergency use towelsfor the little one, etc.Due to the fact that we did not have any extra lenses, we used that space for more baby clothes, towels, etc.On our last 2 days, we were inundated with thunderstorms and I had my chance to check out the efficiency of the waterproof cover. To be honest, I applied the cover prior to venturing out in the thunderstorm and then when I checked the backpack later, There was not a drop of moisture over the areas of the backpack covered by the rain cover.Even though this backpack may be slightly expensive (for certain potential customers), I will recommend it for people in my stage of life. This is only for the simple fact, that it is very flexible/variable with regards to the camera storage compartment. After which you have a whole lot of choice as to how to use the storage area above the camera compartment.

I needed a bag for specific tasks and thought I would give this one a go, was not expecting much for the price but pleasantly surprised. This isn't being used for my normal assignments where I am mobile and need access to all my equipment on the move, this will be for a destination shoot where I have a work area and can unpack. Now that I have it I think it will be ideal for travelling and will be taking it on holiday with me next week.It has a removable internal compartment for camera and lenses. I can fit a body and three lenses, it zips up and is well padded. There are padded sleeves internally for a laptop and iPad, there are against your back so at the safest place they could be.They are well padded enough that I feel safe putting my MacBook Pro in there without fear. With the camera compartment in the bottom and laptop/iPad in the back there is loads of room for other items. I would say enough room for clothes for one/two nights away or speed lights, modifiers, reflectors, chargers, enough for a shoot. Because the camera is at the bottom it can't be accessed easily, so perfect when travelling as it is safe and secure.Quality wise it is really good. The straps are contoured and are well padded with a breathable fabric, making weight in the bag seem to disappear, they have a chest buckle for extra comfort. The fabric is very hard wearing and feels thick, there are three external zip pockets and one netting pocket which in use for a water bottle. The finish and stitching are really good and zips and buckles look and feel like they are high quality. It is one of those products where I find it hard to believe it can be produced for the price! The perfect travel bag, I am happy with my purchase.

I'm fairly new to photography so, naturally, I have gone and bought a whole load of kit! I had a small pouch bag for a couple of lenses but wanted something I could use as a day bag. This bag has a great camera space with adjustable separators - I can fit my olympus omd em10 mk2 in, along with space for two additional lenses, spare batteries, filter bag, cleaning kit, charger, camera case, etc.. The side and back accesses work well; I've arranged mine so that I can access my camera and spare batteries via the side pocket and other stuff through the main flap in the back.Bag is very comfy to wear. I've not had to use the rain cover yet but is easy to access.Bag material seems very durable and looks like it'd easily resist a light shower.Top storage compartment is one of the main things I was after. Plenty of space for all your other stuff - change of clothes and overnight stuff or all of your day stuff (drink, snacks, hat, shades etc. A couple of small pockets sewn in is a nice touch, as well as the space down the back that you can slot a small to medium laptop/tablet into. All in all very stylish and practical and I would definitely recommend.

As a rucksack this is nice, doest look like a camera bag which is good. I shoot Olympus and easily fit my OMD M1 MK2 on 40-150mm PRO lens . I then slide in my 7-14 PRO , 12-40 PRO Lens, 30mm F1.4 Sigma and usually a manual or prime lens and teleconverter. Enough space for a couple of speedlights in the top along with my pack of K & F Filters , gloves, strap etc..my only gripe is that once i take my gear out of the bag its a little empty and due to the convenient two zipped loading compartments, doesn't hold up well if there is alot of weight in the top. That being said. you can lay it down (which i do) or leave it on my back.To wear is nice, been on a few long walks already, very supportive and strong straps.absolutely fine to have a 72" Tripod on the side too.I was worried about the magnetic straps to the front cover and top cover but they are strong and the material is strong. I've been using it on many trips in the last couple of months and i'm pleased with it.If you have a 150-600mm lens you'd probably want a bigger bag.

It's a well made bag and it does what it is supposed to do, but for me, it is too bulky and does not hang off my shoulder very well if I want to hang it off one shoulder. I don't really want to just carry it on my back and I should have targeted a slingback type bag. This bag is a little unwieldy for me, and even fully on my back, I don't like the feel. Having items in the top of the bag also makes it feel top-heavy.Edit:I had this bag returned and exchanged it for a more appropriate bag for my needs. This company had excellent customer service, for they contacted me to suggest what I could do to be happier with their products, and now, thanks to them I have a better bag for my needs and the amount of attention to getting it right for me was amazing, really. That's the kind of service you want when the things you've bought aren't how you wanted them. I really rate them after this, and I'll deffo buy from them again.

I bought this camera bag to take travelling with me and I am not disappointed. It is excellent quality, really comfortable to wear and I can fit loads in. The bottom section fits my Canon 7DMKii no problem along with a couple of smaller lenses. The top is perfect for carrying other items like water, rain jacket, sun glasses etc. I love that the two sections allow me to separate my general stuff from my camera stuff. It is really easy to get to you camera equipment either by the side zipper or by opening up the back zip of the bag. There are also lots of handy smaller inner pockets for things like spare batteries. I love that it comes with it's own rain cover which is neatly tucked away in the top flap of the bag when not in use.I often travel to rain forests etc. so knowing my stuff is protected if we do get hit by a downpour is important. I am super happy with this bag.

I'm impressed with this bag. It feels wells made and I'm confident it will have a fair lifespan (unlike my previous bag)The compartments are adjustable using velcro like most camera bags, but this differs by having the wall/lining of the bag completely made of velcro 'fluff' that the dividers velcro 'hook's attach to. Other cheaper bags I've had just have a couple of strips of fluff running down the wall of the bag.It has a side tripod mount as you will see from the pictures, and I especially like the way you can get to your camera quickly from a side pocket (see photos)Its not the largest of backpacks, but it holds my camera and three lenses comfortably in the camera section, leaving the top section free for speedlights/filters/accessories etc

I was a reluctant to buy a camera bag at first, but as my equipment was building and getting more expensive, I needed to invest in a secure bag . The four things I needed were; capacity, durability, versatility and security.I'm happy to say that this bag met my needs a travelling filmmaker. I attach my gimbal at the bottom of my bag, and can access my camera lens from the side or front which is useful; especially when you're on the go. The bag had a lot more space than I thought, and it is rather light and not heavy. The material is water resistant and tough. If you're going to buy a camera bag, you need to ask yourself, what you're looking for in a bag before you purchase it. Overall the price is great, and it was worth buying.Really happy

Overall very good. I bought it so I can fit both my camera, accessories + tripod AND my Mavic Air drone in one bag, whereas before I always had to carry two bags with me. It does the job well and is sturdy build - no problems so far.I do wish there were better ways of compartmentalising the camera pocket though (more of the velcro sticker dividers). However, even so at the moment I can fit the camera, tripod, mavic air in its original case and controller, 2 batteries, chargers for both, extra lens and some ND filters. You could also probably fit the other DJI Mavic models as there is plenty of space in the top compartment.

Took up to the Cairngorms, Scotland and keeper all my camera equipment dry from the snow thanks to the cover and even withouth the cover stayed dry in light showers . Easy access to the camera through side pocket very handy. Nice little storage space on top were I put some food and drink and some spare gloves. Recommend

Fantastic bag that cba good camera accessories and carry clothes as well. It's really handy there is a quick access patch on the side to quickly grab your camera. The bag is safe and secure and you can rest assured your gear is safe. Great for travelling

I am really pleased with this. It is really well designed and thought through. All the inside can be rearranged as it is all attached by Velcro. Lots of compartments. It is just what i was looking for
