About what you'd expect. A sturdy enough smallish pedal bin.One minor thing was the hinge pin securing the lid to the base was a little loose in mine on one side, causing the lid to not quite close right, but a crafty bit of DIY tape put that right.

Used in our daughter’s clinic. She is very pleased with the item. Holds quite a bit before it needs emptying. The colour and matt finish leaves no unsightly fingerprints as would a chrome finish.

I saw this in a hotel and really want one for my kitchen. It looks great on the counter and my family tend to eat more fruits now have it is so beautifully displayed with this dispenser.

Nice quiet closing bin. Matt black (which doesn't show the finger marks as much as stainless steel - always a plus!). Very pleased with this item.

I love my new pedal bin, it's the perfect size for my kitchen and the colour is perfect too
