I already owned two Kaweco fountain pens; both of which write extremely well, but wanted a brass one. The one I have has an Extra Fine nib (which, for some unaccountable reason, cost me about £12 more on Amazon than a standard Medium one -- on reflection it might have been sensible to order the EF nib separately).As with the other two, it writes like a dream. I suggest that you use a good quality ink, though, to avoid blockages and so on. I use Herbin inks from France. Pricey, but very good. I think a Kaweco plunger ink cartridge is a good investment, too, since you can then use whatever ink you want. And it's cheaper than cartridges.

I have been writing with this pen for a few months. It is my go to pen, great weight very tactile love the brass finish, the ink flow and penmanship is fantastic. I highly recommend. expensive but you do get what you pay for.

Absolutely beautiful pen. I was anxious because I’d read that the bibs are hit and miss, but it writes like a dream. I am using a diamine ink cartridge though, so not sure if that makes a difference

My absolute favourite pen. If all the (many) pens I've bought over the year, this is the best. A good weight and made of quality brass. It has a smooth writing nib and is incredibly well made.

I use fountain pens to slow my writing down so that i can read it later, the fine nib deliver the correct amount of ink without being too scratchy.

I am a bit of a fountain pen nerd and have many. This is a bit of a gimmick and conversation piece. But looks cool and writes nicely.

Very unique!! Love using it it burnishes nicely - then every so often I clean it with a brass shine up rag. No pen like it.

Solid and compact. Writes beautifully. I always have a Kaweco Sport upon my person; in a pocket, ready and able.

This is a great pen, very rugged. There isn't much that could damage it. A good pen to take on any adventure.

I have ‘better’ pens but this quirky workman-like piece appeals to all my prejudices! Very glad I got it.

Had the plastic version of this. Love the heavy brass! Great pen. Well worth the money.

The nib is a bit scratchy. Wish I could change it. Otherwise it’s pretty darn fabulous

Great pen. Pity the ink converter does not fit! But it works well with a cartridge
