The title sounds dramatic but this product really has changed mine. I used to constantly suffer with huge wet rings under my arms for no reason at all (I'm not overweight, not hot weather, no physical exertion). VERY embarrassing, uncomfortable and would leave you feeling chilled in cold weather. Ruins your clothes as well.Regular AP Deodorants had no effect whatsoever and I tried loads of different brands. Tried this product in desperation, applied a few drops with a cotton wool pad each night for about a week and saw almost instant, 100% results. Then gradually reduced the frequency of application to see how long I could go before needing to reapply. I can usually go 10-12 days now before I need to reapply!!!

Great Product. I've suffered from hyperhydrosis for about 20 years and have tried many other hyperhydrosis treatments containing aluminium chloride - this, for me at least - is easily the best. It's both more effective and gives way less irritation than equivalent products.Also I agree with the previous reviewer totally - this 50ml bottle might seem pricey but it will last two years, so it's actually a darned sight cheaper than off-the-shelf products... which don't work anyway for about 10% of the population.If you've not used these sorts of products before, you absolutely must read & follow the instructions, as they can give you a nasty rash.

I have just returned from a 9 day holiday in Turkey. The average daily temperature was around 40 degrees but thankfully this product worked and I walked around in the heat without the worry of having soaking wet armpits!As this product is marketed for sensitive skin I was surprised by the level of discomfort I experienced as it was quite bad at some times, however, I resolved this by taking an oral anti-histamine which quickly stopped the itching sensation and irritation. Saying that, the itchy feeling and irritation were much less with AHC20 than I have experienced when using other products such as Driclor.All in all this product worked and although it is pricier than other excessive perspiration

I am in my 50th year and for most of my adult life I have suffered with excess underarm perspiration. This dictated what clothes I could wear, I always had to wear a cardigan to cover sweat patches. I could never wear silky, delicate clothes. This product has changed that, I can now wear any clothes I like, even close fitting clothes. My only regret is that I didn't find this product years ago. Better late than never!!!! Thank you so much.

Very good product, is very strong so it does make your hands very dry which I had to counteract with an ezcema or E45 cream but I would buy again

Have bought that after have sweaty armpits due to high, pressured job and it actually works for me. I am trying now on my feet...

Worked very well with preventing sweating and odour but was slightly harsh on my skin as my skin is quite sensitive.
