Please read as full review as product itself is great.So just picked up this product from my local post office (where I requested it to be delivered), so all good.Problem is, Amazon said product had not been delivered and was lost in transit and yet the tracker bar said it had been delivered - lucky I checked at my Post Office instead of just letting it go.The item on sale clearly states: “Jamara VW Beetle 1: 18 RC Cast 27MHz, Vehicles, Pack of 2” so I was expecting 2 rc cars to be delivered and not 1. Yes one could say, you can never buy 2rc cars for that price, however I purchased this product because I was led to believe I would be getting 2 cars. Not sure if any other buyers had the same issue.(Maybe it is the second car that was lost in transit according to Amazon?)The product itself:It’s absolutely brilliant!!! The model I recieved was bright red, and the die cast metal really is that, not some thin piece of tin that can be bent easily. Both doors, bonnet and boot-lid can all be opened. I love VW beetles and getting back into RC, so this will go great with my collection, however it is not hobby grade...it is just a good quality toy. Controller is great for smaller hands so I can imagine lots of kids enjoying this as well as their parents.Regardless of my comments about delivery and expecting 2 cars, I maintain that this product is great and def worth buying if you love VW Beetles / rc cars or want to buy as a gift hence why I am giving 5 stars.
