I bought this as a precursor to a holiday down in Devon and was really pleased with it. It is a typical stunt kite so quite difficult to fly unless there is plenty of wind (not really a problem in Devon). It is very sensitive to pulls on the string but I would say this is a good thing and the string itselt is generous and gives you 40m i would estimate. The actual structure of the kite and the integrity is exceptionally good and it all folds down into a neat carry case that fits nicely in the boot of the car. There is also a tail with the kite which is 4m long and adds nice colour to the main kite and flutters nicely in the breeze which my son absolutely loves.

Well... like the other reviewers have stated, the instructions for this kite ARE NOT WITH THIS KITE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amazon please listen to your customers!!!! Whoever is responsible for making sure that this kite goes out to the customer with the correct instructions....PLEASE DO YOUR JOB!!!! This is the first time that my daughter and I ever flew a kite such as this one so we had no idea how it should be done and without the proper instructions it was trial and error. However, we did eventually figure it out (with some help from the little picture!) and the kite flew beautifully! It was a challenge and what great fun we had flying it!!!! My daughter loves her kite!

Very easy and fun to fly - my 10yo was best at controlling it, able to make it swoop and loop alarmingly! Only problem is that the instructions are worse than useless - they seem to refer to a completely different model, talking about parts that do not exist! However, by looking at the tiny picture on the packet I realised how to construct it, which (once you know) was then very easy. An excellent buy for a beginner like us.

Was a disaster when we first tried using it in moderate and variable winds in a local park as it just kept crashing, and each time needed to be reassembled. On a windy beach, however, it was transformed - very controlled/precise and a lot of fun. Not too powerful so my 9 year old was always in control. But it is fast and needs careful use if there are other people around.

This was a hit. Went out on a windy day with no expectations really and this kite flew brilliantly. We had to manually wind it in in the end. Nicely manoeuvrable. Only small criticism is the length of string. We had it wound out fully and would have liked twice the length easily.

I bought this for our summer holiday with the idea that it would keep our 5 year occupied. She did like it but turns out I enjoyed it more. It needs a bit of wind to get going but once up I found it pretty easy to control. It seems reasonably solid so should take a bit of abuse.

I agree with all other reviewers. The instructions provided are not relevant to this kite. I received circular kite handles that have no stop mechanism like a traditional kite winder handle has. They also don't fit in the kite bag. Did anyone else receive the same handels?

It's good quality material, however every time the kite came down, the whole thing came apart and I had to rebuild it which is pretty annoying... But it didn't break even after taking quiet a beating hitting the ground... so all together I'm happy with this product

A very attractive stunt kite, I purchased for a friend who is having hours learning how to use it. But she is making progress, much better than my attempt!Needs a bit of experience to stop it nose diving into the ground.Tom Crossley

Bought this to replace an ageing stunt kite. This is an excellent kite. Easy to assemble, light and very easy to fly & do stunts with. My children were flying it and doing loops within minutes. I am expecting hours more fun!

Took us a while to get to grips with this but realised there wasn't enough wind. Once we learned the basics, it worked really well. Very robust. Comes without a tail so buy that separately if you want one.

This kite is great, and that is pretty much all you need to know!Its easy to setup, easy to fly, easy to disassemble and easy to pack away. What's not to like?

Have used this kite with my 5 year old daughter and she had it flying pretty well. It was a lot of fun on boxing day.Definitely worth the money.

A really thrilling stunt kite that is good in strong winds. Well built and still intact despite multiple crashes. Flies well from beach or hill.

Great kite even for a novice. Good value for money. Bought for a gift and both the kids and their Dad have had hours of fun.
