These are much improved over the Inov-8 shoes I've worn in the past for CrossFit workouts. I've used pretty much everything over the past 6 years of doing CrossFit...F-lite 195, Bare, F-lite 235, Talon, etc...these beat all of them in terms of comfort and practicality. The zero heal drop from my old pair would only be ideal for people with remarkable mobility, and running form. These are much better without adding much weight. They do fit a little small. I've gotten the exact same size as all the rest of my Inov-8 shoes and my toes are crammed right up against the front of these. I've not decided if I'm okay with this yet or should return and get 1/2 size larger. Even still, the toe box is much more comfortable than the Precision Fit of my last pair of Inov-8 shoes (which I found a little narrow).Biggest downsides...the lack of their RopeTec midsole material for rope climbs. These shoes won't last a month if rope climbs are involved.Big pluses for the heel lock and the built-in "sock" that prevents the tongue from moving around. They've clearly learned from the Metcons and Nanos. They also feel more "structured" and keep my feet from sliding around in the shoe. I thought I liked this "freedom" in prior pairs, but this is better. The price on Amazon was the best though...as they were about $40 more direct. -

First real training shoe I have owned so take all of what I write with that in mind. I've been wearing these for around 3 months of CrossFit.Shoes fit tight for the first few months until I realized I could make them fit less tight by loosening the shoe laces (yes I am a newbie to "nice" shoes). Other shoes I have owned have loosened in their own. These seem to be made to get tighter with use. Makes sense as a training shoe. Still not sure just how tight the laces on shoes like these should be.Also, there seemed to be way too much shoelace even when I double tied them. Found out that the little hole next to the top hole that was laced was where the lace from the adjacent hole should be routed. Then the other side of the lace should go through that little hole. Attached a picture of what I did (a friend who knows stuff showed me this). With that the shoe laces are the right length. Hopefully the picture will help illustrate for another newbie. The shoes have held up well so far. I do the usual CrossFit sort of stuff with them on - lifting, running, jumping on [small] boxes. They breath well due to the webbing and they are strongly supported by the middle part.

Frist "Cross Fit" type of shoe I've owned, usually use running shoes to work out in. Wanted to try something that would be better for balance when on stability platforms, etc... Like the wide toe box and low heel drop compared to running shoes, feels better in elliptical machines, squats, etc.. and just in general. Materials seam a bit cheap, one shoe already has small hole near top eyelet. I usually where a 10 1/2 in running shoes but toes have been pretty cramped with last pair so go an 11 with these. I think they fit pretty close to true size, maybe a tad smaller. If your on the fence with your size, go up a 1/2 size.Pros:Wide Toe boxLight and breath well.Low heel drop so more stability for balance,etc...Good over all fit.Cons:Quality of materials marginal.Very little cushion, would not recommend for running, even for short distances.

I took a bit of a gamble buying these online, never owning a pair of Inov-8 shoes (so didn't know the right size for sure). But the UK size fit perfectly (if I had guessed by the US size I would have been too small). It's a great all-around training shoe in the gym. Id use it for a good hike and they good enough as good daily shoes. Great support in the ankle, hard sole for heavy lifting but comfortable enough to run in as well. Get them.

Took a couple of wears to understand how to cinch up the shoes. The side support are uncomfortable on the top of the foot during first few trials. If allowed to remain loose on the initial donning of the shoe, the laces seem to shift during the workout. My workouts (HIT/Cardio training) are very tough on any type of shoe and this shoe appears to be with standing the abuse. (only two months at this posting I will update as time goes on)

EXCELLENT! I'm the happiest gym rat with my new sneakers. At first I was doubting, then keep looking information until I took a wise decision. Some of my doubts was how big/small they were going to be, my advice use the sizing chart it helped me a lot. They fit excellent leaving me a little space for moving purposes, they are not heavy which is it important if you are traveling.

This is by far one of the best Crossfit - Cross Trainer shoes I have owned! I've gone through every brand and shoe type over my 10 year crossfit career and this one is the best. Not only do I wear it for all my CF workouts, I also wear it to run in and as my every day shoe. Comfort is super! I train had CF and OCR and this shoe is the bomb for all!

I have narrow feet and it's become more and more difficult to find reasonably priced narrow shoes. I had a pair of Nike Lunarsolo shoes that I liked. These are marginally heavier. They fit better, with great stability, and they're not as spongy to run on. Their traction on a running track is much better as well.Highly recommended.

Excellent shoe. Always order Euro size. Do not order u.s. sizing. If you order u.s. sizes you will get shoes that do not fit and will be too small.Out of the box they're laced up to be narrow. But the design allows you to change the lacing so that it fits your foot perfectly.Great shoe very comfortable. I use it for daily wear.

These shoes are very comfortable, with no excessive midsole arch. I ordered a half size up as I do with Nikes, and they fit perfectly. They allow smooth foot flexion and are great for lunges and lateral movement, nice and stable! I just got them and recommend trying them

Love these shoes!!! Third pair in a row. I walk dogs and put on about 1200 miles a pair. Still have and sometimes wear my first pair around the house. Make sure you loosen all the laces before putting on the shoes. Thin narrow design. Affordable and quality construction

Inov8 make a great shoe for narrow feet. I buy a ½ size bigger as they do come up a little tight for me. These are great looking and class. I use them for walking and have just bought another pair before they go!

Great for the gym, light great for lifting. Use for the step mill also. They are narrow and about a 1/2 small but this is my second pair. I really like them. I put fit as expected because I knew what to expect.

I've worn Inob8 shoes for years. This model runs a full size small. I had to return two other purchases. I've been a size 11.5 for decades and I am now a 12.5 in this model. Otherwise an excellent shoe.

I have spent the last 2 days walking 10+ miles per day in them, they are less than a week old and I have had no issues with discomfort or blisters. The shoes fit true to size and provide nice support.
