Black series figures, strange sporadic choices, middling articulation and horrible paint jobs. Occasionally they produce a good one and Obi Wan is a good one. It has a very good likeness to Alec Guinness. The sculpting on the robes is nice and crisp and the cloak actually works really well for once IF you want the hood up. If you want it hood down then it's a nightmare so you may need to pin it.The saber is pretty crisp although the belt loop looks a little clunky.He does struggle to hold his saber with both hands because of the limited shoulder articulation (hey, this isn't an shfiguarts figure after all!) but as an infill figure from the New Hope cast he stands out really well if you can't wait for the more articulated (and expensive)

This figure is a superb addition to the large scale Black Series. Given that this figure is just 6" tall it's an amazing likeness of Sir Alec Guineas as Obi-Wan Kenobi in his Tatooine Jedi robes.The outer robe is made from proper material rather than plastic and works really well. His hood looks excellent when up but does take a bit of fiddling to get it looking right when down. The costume underneath is nicely detailed with some good looking creases in the moulded cloth.The only accessory is Obi-Wan's lightsaber which has a removable blade. The handle has a plastic loop which hangs on a hook on Kenobi's belt.Given the nature of the costume articulation is a little limited but you can still pose the figure well.

My review is for Star Wars 'The Black Series' Director Krennic (Star Wars ; Rogue One) action figure.Director Krennic is nicely presented in a black and red box with silver detailing and looks better than I'd anticipated. At approx. 6 inches tall this articulated figure is completely plastic and quite lightweight but there's plenty of detail and the paintwork isn't bad. Along with Director Krennic there's an additional accessory included in the box to enhance the presentation and add to the game playing possibilities. If I'm being honest there are things I'd like to change but my grandson, 6 years, enjoys playing with this toy and it has taken a fair amount of wear and tear without breaking.

While Krennic will probably not go down as a classic Star Wars villian, he was actually quite an interesting character. He was there at the beginning of the Empire’s growth, lead the building of the original death star... and he’s got a cape. The likeness of this figure to actor Ben Mendelsohn is close enough, not great but the overall look is convincing. The figure come with Krennic’s scoped blaster pisol that can be holstered to his side.Articulation is good, but because of the plastic cape, does get hampered. However you can unclip the flexible plastic cape to afford more ‘action like’ poses. Overall this is a great Black Series figure, as are the others from Rogue One.

Better than originally anticipated. Looks much better in person than images shown, there is minimal likeness to (the late) Carrie Fisher. Also the height of the figure has improved from the Slave Leia, Carrie Fisher was indeed much smaller than her costars but this figure is in between Slave Leia and Boushh Leia in height. The dress fits well and blaster gun accessories complement the figure well. Other than the slight unresemblence of Carrie Fisher, this figure is one of the better in the Black Series. Definitely worth getting as a collector.

Best figurine to add to your Star Wars collection. This is a major character from the spin-off Rogue One. The box makes it look like it's a collectors item, which for some is what it may be. For others it will simply be a toy to be ripped from the expensive looking packet and played with. Finish on the figure is good and it actually looks quite like the actor who played the character - something that can be difficult to achieve.Really great as a gift for a Star Wars fan or to treat yourself to if you happen to live all things Star Wars.

I was bought the version with the gold left arm and silver lower right leg but in essence the figures are the same.Superb representation of everyone's favourite protocol droid but loses a star due to lack of articulation on his arms (although it is understandable it would still have been good if a way could have been found). The metal effect isn't quite as shiny as the real thing but still looks good and the details on the figure are excellent.Glad the R2-D2 finally has his friend in 6" form... they look great stood together.

I'm not sure that Krennic would be anyone's first choice from this range but he adds very nicely to the seven year old's Star Wars action figure collection and the cape adds some drama.I seem to remember the action figures being a bit more substantial the last time around but this is made to a decent standard though the figure is very light. I think the price point of just under £15 is actually a bit steep but has probably been calibrated to a birthday present budget price.

Very good collector item as well as lovely toy to play with, the Director Krennic figure is well moulded and surprisingly well painted. The packaging is smart and will have a long life if collecting, Some very small parts included with this - the gun is tiny - so the toy not suitable for an infant/child not yet used to handling or playing safely with small toy parts. Part of a good selection of Star Wars collectables this is one of the more detailed figures. Lovely item

As Star Wars figures go, this is pretty decent. Larger than the ones I used to collect back in the 1980s and a lot more posable as the images on the product page demonstrate quite well. The likeness to the actor Ben Mendelsohn isn't particularly brilliant but overall its quite nicely modelled. The numbered box is good for collectors who may never even take the thing out of the box to see how many poses the bad guy from Rogue One can strike.

Hasbro black series Obi Wan does amazingly capture Alec Guinness's face really well,I thought I'd have to do some work on the paint job and replaced the cloak for a better one but,no need,this is very impressive, the cloak really drapes well and is good quality,Delivery from Amazon was fast and reliable, very happy,as you can see in my enclosed picture I've set him with Bandai Darth Vader kit.

I really like this plastic mini-figure. He comes in a nice box with a gun accessory.I found the level of detail on the figure was actually really good, the painting was equally good. As such I'm happy to recommend this for any collector.If it's as a toy he's not bad either, the arms and legs move, and you can holster the gun which is a nice touch.

This is a great action figure, my daughter loves it and C-3PO is her favorite Star Wars character. Very detailed and articulated joints in the right places even down to ankles! As a older die hard Star Wars fan myself this was exactly the kind of figure my younger self would of died for back in the day :)

This action figure is of one of the Star Wars main baddies, Director Krennic. It is a good likeness of the character from the film.It is quite big for a figure, about 8 inches tall. The head, arms and legs move. It comes with a white cloak, a pistol and holster. My son really enjoyed playing with it.

Ordered for my nephew who had this on his xmas list and he was thrilled ! I was quite impressed how detailed the figure is and how good quality it was . The box looked nice and the whole thinks looked a lot more expensive than it was .
