This is a nice addition to Hasbro's Star Wars Black Series 6" range. The sculpt is good and the paint applications are of a decent standard compared to some of the other figures in the series. The face is a bit doll-like, with rather cartoonish eyes, but this is something that we've come to expect from Hasbro. As is often the case with their human figures, the likeness and underlying face sculpt is solid, but the painting needs more work.The figure comes with two accessories; a removable headscarf (made of a rubbery, flexible plastic) and a blaster. It would have been nice if Hasbro had included more accessories - perhaps the baton weapon she uses in the film, or the Death Star plans.

A collectable figure showing a trooper from one of our elite special Forces units. Originally the name 'Death Troopers' was used to slur & spread lies by the evil and destructive fanatics of the so called 'Rebel Alliance' because of the heavy losses the brave troopers inflicted on the fanatics. So the troopers took that slur flipped around & made it theirs. So that from Coruscant to the planets of the outer rim when people heard the name 'Death troopers' they knew it meant troopers who would take the fight to the enemy. That It meant bravery, strength, honour, loyalty to the Empire & the ability to get the job done, no matter what it was. It also struck fear into the hearts of the fanatical so called 'Rebel Alliance'.

Although this is a fairly small figure, it has excellent detail and very good movement. In fact, the figure is articulated very well and, as such, offers good play value. You can, of course, collect all the figures in the range and they almost all come with some small accessories - you get a gun with this, which will fit into her belt. Sergeant Jyn Erso is dressed as she is in the movie and looks fairly realistic and well detailed.Sometimes there are action figures which do all kinds of things - make noises, etc. This is of the more old fashioned kind. A well articulated, well made action figure, which will stand up to a lot of play without breaking. In my opinion,

The Black Series has produced some very nice collectors figures. This Jyn Erso figure is pretty well detailed. It looks very good, with the basic rebel attire. Included is Jyn’s blaster pistol which fits into a holster at her waist. Also included is a head scarf, true to the film. The head scarf is made of flexible plastic, it can be a bittle difficult to remove and replace. It may have been better to have used cloth instead.The look is okay. As others have stated its a bit doll-like. Its not a massive likeness to Felicity Jones. However I think its okay for the money. The articulation is really good and you can pose the figure in multiple ways. It can be a little difficult to stand it upright due to thin legs.

This is from the Star Wars movie Rogue One and can either be a collectable or a toy. As a collector, I found this exceeded my expectations. Finally Hasbro has created a figure with all the pose ability you want that is well balanced and full in scale with the rest of the six inch Black Series.Slightly taller that all but the Chewbacca figure, this stands a fraction of an inch above the height of a normal Storm Trooper figure. In general the mouldings and details are good and the armour joints allow for a full ranch of movement. My only gripe is the poor quality of the supplied blasters. There isn't even a coat of pain on them.All is forgiven when you see it standing on a shelf though.At about £3 off the store price,

I am a big fan of the Star Wars 6" Black Series so to be offered this figure was an unexpected treat. Now, despite by love of SW, I am very balanced when it comes to the assessment of the merchandise (and anything else related to it). The Jyn Erso figure, from Rogue One, comes at the start of an improvement in the line after a noted decline in quality in previous release waves. While the articulation points are fine, the likeness still needs improvement, though it is better than the 3.75" version. If you're a collector like me, you will probably already know what to look out for and what makes a good figure; if you're more looking at this as a toy,

The Good- A well made Star Wars Imperial Death Trooper, featuring a good range of movement in the joints.- Good attention to detail (although not as good as the pictures- see below).The Bad- The proportions just don't seem quite right, however, leaving the little trooper looking a bit thin and gangly.- The product I received looks different to the one in the pictures on the Amazon page: no green highlighting for the face mask and less detail and texture in the face generally.- The two included blasters are also a bit naff - just grey plastic with a couple of colour highlights.

Our son has many Star Wars toys and collectibles and the Black Series are an excellent addition to the range. Sergeant Jyn Erso is fully designed with the movie in mind, bringing her character to life. Jyn Erso is ready for battle in her rebel outfit, head scarf and blaster at her waist.In addition to the excellent detail, and quality paint job, the figure is well articulated, making it perfect for hours of play and battle against the Empire!!You can add other figures and vehicles to extend play and build on any child's imagination.Great quality, good value and loads of fun!!

The Black series Imperial Death Trooper was a big hit with 6 year old son. Unlike some of the smaller Star Wars figures that those of a certain age will remember from their childhood, the 6 inch size is much more substantial and easier for younger children to play with and has more robustly sized accessories that are more likely to avoid being hoovered up!Not sure the Imperial Death Trooper instantly jumps out as one of the iconic characters in Rouge One but it makes a strikingly different toy! Big thumbs up from small son. He would be very happy to get one in his stocking!

Nice representation of rebellion hero Jyn Erso from Rogue One.The figure is quite small as I assume Felicity Jones is. Nicely detailed and articulated this figure can be quite hard to balance due to her fairly thin legs and the joints on mine being slightly loose. The facial likeness isn't spot on but it's not bad for a 6" figure.The small blaster fits nicely in either hand and the holster on her leg. The figure comes wearing a soft plastic hood-come-cape which looks like it is removable although I haven't tried to remove it yet as it looks really good.

This is a good quality figure for a play. You get the figure plus a blaster rifle and a pistol.The overall quality is good but the rifle was quite crude and bent. Everything else was fine.There a multiple ball joints for action poses and play options; head, arms, elbow, shoulders, knees hips and ankles. However it seems to be missing an additional ball joint at the torso for better poses… a minor point though.Overall for around 15 quid this is a nice good-value high-end toy for Star Wars fans but for a collector I feel you could do better.

I was actually sent an Imperial Death Trooper figure for review rather than Jyn Erso so I'll keep it vague here. The packaging is different to that pictured, much slimmer and the figure in general is quite a slim construction. Much larger than the little figures people are used to playing with and these are aimed at the collector obviously. The detail is pretty good on the whole but there is something a little plasticky about the whole package. Plus, you know, it's Rogue One.

Black Series K-2S0 is a great little figure. Nicely poseable. What he lacks in the ability to raise his arms sideways at the shoulder, he makes up for in other articulation, and despite his spindly physique, the figure is able to stand in various poses pretty well. Doesn't come with any accessories or weapons, but he's just an enjoyable character to look at, being visually reminiscent of the comicbook character Popbot. Currently one of my favourite action figures.

I wasn't too bothered about k-2so when I first saw him but when I got him I was impressed, tall as he is the joints are quite stable meaning he can stand well with no risk of topple, paint apps are good and has articulation hidden everywhere ( his wrist and elbow are articulated but he also has a forearm swivel ,same on his legs...one point ,the picture isn't accurate as he does not come with any accessories...so,no blaster rifle.

Superb representation of the Rogue One Death Troopers. Great detailing on the uniform including the fact that the armour is shiny and the suit underneath isn't.Articulation is is really good and the figure is really stable in a variety of poses. The figure holds both the large and small blasters well and it's easy to get the large blaster held in both hands. Nice rubber strap to holster the small blaster too.
