It is really robust, fits together so easily even my 5 year old was able to assemble it, and has survived being launched down the stairs on more than one occasion.The seat can be lifted on and off, so you could store things inside if you wanted to (my daughter took to stashing her brother's sweets inside...?!), as it is plastic it is lightweight and easy to move around, and is also so easy to keep clean. Really pleased with it, especially for the price, and would strongly recommend to anyone.

I have purchased four of these stools now and have used them throughout the house. As a stool in the bathroom, in the garden, as an occasional side table and as additional seating in the dining room.The top comes off to provide limited storage and the stool splits in half for storing. Whilst lightweight, they are awkward to pick up with one hand but as the base is rough plastic, you don't really want to be dragging them across a hard floor.Great item and for the price, highly recommended.

I got this cool looking stool for a stand for my remote controlled air circulator fan and it is perfect. I thought it would not be sturdy enough for when the fan was set to full power and was circulating, no problems, the stand is rock solid and supports the fan superbly. And when winter comes around again, the stool breaks into two for easy storage, or use it for a stool, or even a side table with some added storage on the top with it's removable lid... It's a win win win situation folks!

The stool it comes in two parts so is very easy to assemble. It can be use as stool to sit down or you can put a plant or an ornament on the too and it looks great.To sit is very comfortable, and is the way I use it . I bough two for my dinning table and because we don’t have too much space when we finish eating, we just put the stool under the table so it’s fantastic for small spaces .The only thing is not good for us for put things inside as the space it gots is very small.

I was looking for a lightweight table to go with my vintage 70’s egg pod chair and this is just the thing with it’s retro vibe.Easy to assemble, move, and clean. It’s not huge -perfect for a cuppa, vase etc and it is unobtrusive. You can store stuff inside it - maybe cables/ear phones/ or even hiding chocolate from the children? It is also useful as for a stool children and for using outside in the garden And as a bonus it can be easily disinfected in times of a pandemic!

Easy to store (as it breaks into 2 fitting parts) ideal for most classic stool uses; water proof so can be used in gardens and outdoors or for extra kids at the dinner table.Sturdy as well and has good strength when fitted together - with maybe a bit of flex on the top seat - but otherwise a great (cheap) multi-purpose item.There is also a small storage space in the bottom of the stool - again ideal for a kids room for toys !May even buy another !

I really like these I have a black one in the bedroom and white one in the bathroom I like the fact you can store things under the lid I had to select another option as Argos don’t provide a selection for bedroom and bathroomThey are also super easy to clean they do need weighting down inside if you wish to sit on them for a long time as they tend to tip if left empty especially on shaggy rugsI like the fact that they’re quite shiny

A quirky and nice little addition to my studio flat. It has storage inside the upper half of the stool albeit at a weird angle but it works! And the lid isn't overly secure and comes off easily but is okay as a stool. I've used it for sitting on and standing up on and it seems stable enough. Easy to assemble too and a different kind of furniture to have in the room. Works well as a little table too. Love it!

I needed some sort of seat in my small bathroom and spotted this in the catalogue. Cute and quirky and you can put small items inside. I didn't have to ask anyone to put it together for me thank goodness. Simplicity personified. I love all the bright colours of the Tam Tam Stools and I am wondering where I can place another one. I love the Pink but that's a Girl think isn't it.

Love this item so much we bought 4 for our dining table. The are featherweight and with only one base as a leg- this means no tripping.I would advise these for people who have teenagers in their house. It means they can sit with their backs straight instead of slouching into the chair. Also they can learn rhythm if they choose to use it as a drum!

I purchased a Tam Tam a couple of years ago for my porch for visitors to sit on when taking their shoes on and off. Well made, sturdy, compact, stylish and with the added bonus of storage. I purchased another one a couple of weeks ago for my Mum, who also uses it in her porch although it would be very useful in any part of your home. She loves it!

This was bought for our wet room. It is perfect, light weight and portable. We store a spare toilet roll, shower gel and razor inside just in case you forget to replace and get caught short. It looks really modern and it fits into a modern bathroom perfectly. It can get wet and you just wipe it down. Can’t think of any negatives at all.

We’ve got a couple of these in our playroom which are great and have lots of uses in our house. The perfect ‘emergency chair’ for use over Christmas, they get used lots by our kids while they’re doing homework at their desk and also great as a little table to rest a plate on for TV dinners whilst watching a movie. Good value and super stylish!

I purchased one of these and was so pleased with it I bought two more. They have been been used as side tables in my room, outdoor stands for my bonsai trees in the summer, stools for the grandchildren and bedside tables. One tip to stop them being knocked over I filled one half with damp sand it worked a treat. Highly recommend this product.

Fantastic modern, simple & effective design, easy to put together. Very sturdy considering its only made from plastic. Perfect height for my dressing table with the added bonus of storage within the seat that stores my hairdryer perfectly! Definately would recommend this product. Everyone that has seen it compliments on how nice it is.
