The chair was purchased for my wife to use in the shower following an operation..It is well constructed and when in use gives the user confidence that it is safe to sit on. The rubber feet keep the chair from moving on the shower base. I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that one of the screws that fixes the seat to the frame constantly dropped a rusty orange stain on to the shower base.

An excellent design with plenty of space to st comfortably & holes to allow the water to flow through easily. The sturdy arms enable confidence to lift yourself out with ease. Having a back to the chair adds comfort & takes away the fear of falling backwards! The rubber feet are essential because they firmly grip the shower floor well. Super easy to keep clean. A great purchase!

Good sturdy shower chair bought for mum who is unable to stand for long. Ready assembled just needed to adjust to correct height which was very easy to do. Lightweight but well made and good value for money. Lots of disability or elderly aids are very expensive this wasn’t and seems to be ideal for purpose. Will look at Argos again if I need anything else. Thanks

Having searched bathroom suppliers and mobility websites without success I was delighted to find this product at Argos. It is very well made and fits perfectly in my shower at maximum height setting. It was easy to collect and much cheaper than comparable items on other websites. At 89 years of age this is exactly what I need!

I bought this for my mum and unfortunately I have had to take it back as altho it did fit in the shower she found it a bit too bulky. That said it is a great shower chair and very comfy and sturdy. If her shower was a bit bigger she would have happily kept it. We have changed it for a shower stool instead.

Bought for a 90 year old relative with a total knee replacement, to facilitate showering post op. Look and feel matched that in hospital so familiar to use when home. So popular it lives in the kitchen during the day to allow relaxed food preparation and in the shower in the evening.

I purchased this for my brother who has Multiple Sclerosis. He can now have a shower in safety and comfort. He loves it and it has made such a difference to his independence and quality of life. ThankyouAs you may have guessed, I highly recommend this shower chair.

Bought for my mother who slipped off her a shower stool while waiting for social services/housing dept to provide on in her new flat. She was having to wait 3 months so went out and bought this one. Much safer for her to us in the shower.

Just perfect for anyone who wants to sit in the shower, if you feel a little unsteady then this is perfect, safety first and this gives you the confidence Excellent value for money to, would definitely recommend.

the seat and handles are excellent but there are rust marks appearing underneath, where the seat is attached to the frame.Are stainless steel screws used or is it the steel framework ?

We needed a shower chair after my partner broke her leg, this one does exactly what it needed to, is sturdy and secure on the shower cubicle base, not too expensive and easy to clean

Aidapt shower chair is exceedingly good value, light to carry, very sturdy, and can easily be height adjusted, exactly as the description says. Would highly recommend this product.

I purchased this chair to enable me to shower whilst having an ankle injury. It is very sturdy and the arms support me when moving around.Does exactly what I wanted it to do.

It is much higher than I thought it would be even at its lowest point. A bit big for my shower space but one without arms would be no use. It is definitely sturdy.

Bought this for my 85 year old dad. Good sturdy design, height can be adjusted and it is comfortable. Good price also. Easy order process and delivered on time.
