Good Grab. Not too runny.Good for friction glue ups before clamps are applied.Great nozzle and applicator makes it easy to apply in a zig zag before spreading further. After use the nozzle then closes and is really easy to open again when you next need it and seems to keep the remaining glue useable. I've used half a litre of the stuff in June and July and the rest is still tip top. This glue stays workable while clamping even complicated builds then excess is easy to wipe off with a damp cloth.I have used this on hardwood, softwood and chipboard as well as melamine faced board and it is good on all of them.Short clamp time is true in my experience, which is great if you haven't got as many clamps as folks seem to have on all those YouTube videos.Over 24 hours sets rock hard.Dries a bit yellow [ make sure you wipe any excess run out off! ] which on pine and softwoods you might not notice. This is an advantage if making your own paste filler for pine.On it's own not that great at gap filling. Not tried it on outdoor projects so I can't vouch for that.Overall I'm impressed and would buy again over other brands of fast and rapid white PVA wood glues.

I've done all sorts of crafting and have always found liquid glue to be very disappointing and annoying. So I was not expecting much from Gorilla. But WOW. I'm currently creating many practical storage units from used cardboard, and wood glue was recommended as the best for adhering porous surfaces. This Gorilla stuff is the business! It pours out so easy, has the consistency of Elmer's glue, and is white but dries clear. It is incredibly strong. But before it dries, it's a breeze to wipe off so you don't end up with a stuck bottle top. I really like the design of the bottle. It's large, but I can still grip and squeeze it with my small adult hands. The top pulls straight up to open and pushes straight down to close. If you forget to close the top (which I have), the small slit opening helps the glue not dry out inside. Best of all, I don't notice any fumes, so no headaches and no need to make sure the room is well ventilated. I would definitely recommend for crafting! This product has restored my faith in liquid glue!

Okay it is a little runny but once you have got used to that, it is a great product and works well and I find the excess cleans up pretty easily with wet-wipes. You also have to make sure the nozzle is cleaned well during jobs as if left too long and starts to dry then I have found it hard to lift up or down to open and close again. The way I use it is to pour an amount directly onto the wood surface, clean the nozzle with a wet-wipe then spread the glue out evenly before joining the two pieces of wood together etc. If I am gluing several small pieces together over a short(ish) period of time, I place some glue into a scrap piece of wood which has a small 'well' drilled out ready to take it.I then thoroughly clean the Glue nozzle with a wet-wipe before going back to gluing my items taking the glue from the 'well' as needed using a brush or plastic glue spreader. This is my wood glue of choice and hence happily recommend it.

Good wood glue that's easy to apply is hard to come by and with Gorilla Glue i'm completely sold! Not only is it really high grade glue that dries stronger than any other wood glue i've used before, it dries perfectly clear, and if there's any spillage you can just peel it off once it's dry. The applicator is the best bit though, not only does it give you a slow and steady amount of glue as you're applying it, the nozzle automatically cleans itself when you open and close it, so it never blocks! Amazing! It's held my dining table set together for over a year now and they're absolutely solid.Pros- Non blocking applicator- Dries clear- Really, really strong!- Wipe clean- Long lasting effectCons- Requires a fair amount of effort to squeeze it outNever buy cheap wood glue again, Gorilla is the only brand you need. No fuss, no mess, no blockages and most of all, no monkey business!

This is a PVA wood glue - they're all pretty much the same, aren't they?! Funny that Gorilla market one given that the specific properties that Gorilla glue usually advertises (activated by water, expands to fill gaps, completely waterproof) don't apply to this glue. However, it's a decent quality wood glue, and at under £9 a litre it's good value too. But the best thing about this is the nozzle. It has a pull up/push down nozzle with a bevelled spout, so neatly laying down an even glue line about 8mm wide is a doddle - perfect for gluing edges of ply etc. It's also an "anti-clog" nozzle; I've only just used this glue so can't comment on how long it lasts, but clogging up and wasted glue is a perennial problem for almost every other brand. The nozzle alone gets rave reviews and some people decant cheaper glue into the Gorilla bottle! So fingers crossed.

Good glue. Works as you would expect for a PVA based glue. Dries a nice colour with a hint of yellow so it kinda matches pine. Clean-up is of course very easy, just a damp sponge. It's dries harder than other PVA glues I have used which is one of my main reasons for using it. My only real criticism is the price. It's rather expensive for what it is. Certainly you can get glues that are good enough at half the price. Also, it is thin, so this is not gap filling at all. If your joints are a bit sloppy you may want to go for a thicker PVA glue instead, or even a PU glue. Oh, and the dispenser is nice. Other bottles tend to fall short on the dispensers which rapidly seem to block up or just fail to dispense.I am tired of my right hand being all Schwarzenegger from squeezing glue bottles. So yes, expensive, but arguably worth it.

The days I was in the building trade working as a hand French Polisher some 35 years ago the name for glue to trust was EvoStik. The American Gorilla products seem to be invading but are proving to be good working adhesives. Remember this glue is designed to have the two parts clamped and be a tight fit before hand as the glue won't swell to fix. My first impressions were good, the bottle has an easy seal and despensing snout. I quickly tried on a garden chair joint that's come apart for years, loose fit and unable to clamp so interested to see the results after leaving for 24 hours, signs are good so far and excess glue wipes away easily with a damp cloth, this glue isn't as thick as what I have used in the past but doubt that has any bearing on this product being able to do its job well.tj

Used this stuff to glue an MDF subwoofer enclosure..results were excellent.Had some Evo-Stik wood glue (green bottle) left over from a previous job, and decided to glue a chair leg back together. Waited 2 days, fitted, sat on it, and it broke at the glued joint again immediately. Decided to have one more go using the gorilla glue (before throwing the chair away), and hey presto..the leg was good as new!In my limited experience, Gorilla wood glue is superb. It does everything a decent Elmer's is supposed to at a good price, and I have no need to search for anything better. As long as they keep making it, I'll keep buying it. About to build my second sub enclosure, and I've just purchased another bottle.I would highly recommend this product. ?

Bought this glue off the back of the positive reviews and it certainly seems to do the job. I've only used it once so far - to glue some pine together to make a replica vintage wooden surfboard. I put glue on both sides of the wood I was gluing and then left them clamped for 24 hours and it certainly seems to have done the job. A bit bonus is that the glue is clear, but I would wipe off any excess with a damp cloth whilst it's still wet.The design of the bottle is great - makes it easy to apply and doesn't seem to get blocked

I bought this to help when making a dog bed for my mums greyhound, but I haven't got round to that yet. I've been experimenting with 3D printing, and tried a few different methods getting my first layer to stick. Some people use dried PVA glue on the bed. This is the closest thing I had to hand so I tried it. I mixed it with just a little water and used a paintbrush to paint the glass bed. After drying (it dries in only a few minutes) I have had some great prints, the first layer stuck perfectly!

All the articles from AMAZON, depicted were of great value to me with regards to their usage, I am an avid D.I.Yer and use only the best tools (in my opinion)The only drawback was the pilot bit and cutter countersink, the drill came loose from the mechanism, simply because the screws holding the bit in were loose, not a problem really, I just tightened the bit in, with the tool supplied and all is well.I will certainly be using this company to buy more tools etc., from.George davies.

I bought this for an art project - making Bird feeders from Lollypop sticks. I needed to use PVA glue as I was putting kits out to my clients, but needed something strong enough to keep it together when outside. So far, so very happy. It was so easy to use, dispenser allowed a nice easy flow, but make sure you clean it well after use. And the adhesion has been perfect. I've not yet tested its waterproofness', but given how well its worked so far I'm pretty confident it'll be fine

I wanted some decent wood glue to have around the house for odd jobs. The price and well designed nozzle on the bottle aided my decision. I have only used it for a few things so far. First was to repair a strap button on a bass guitar. Second was to repair a broken wooden beam in our couch, which had split completely in two. So far both repairs are holding up very well and the nozzle hasn't clogged at all and is showing no signs of clogging any time soon.

I bought this wood glue to stick lengths of wood together in a confined situation indoors, where I couldn't nail or screw the pieces and where it was difficult to apply much pressure to the bond. The glue had enough slip to allow me to position the pieces correctly and then enough grab to hold everything together while the bond formed. Everything's still in place after a few weeks. The glue is easy to apply and no-clog dispenser is excellent.

Replacement bottle, I have used this product when up-cycling furniture. I have had brilliant results, I love this stuff. It is easy to apply due to built in, cap applicator, it takes a while to dry but is very strong when it does. It is dark cream in colour but drys clear. It has been used to repair and strengthen joints on dining chairs, and bedside tables with drawers so far. Washes off easily with warm soapy water. BRILLIANT PRODUCT!
