I really like the shoes to wear with jeans. There is a big but to this. I was sent a second pair a few days later which obviously I did not want or need. I have been charged for both pairs. In fact I sent the second pair back yesterday at a charge of £8.50. I expect to be reimbursed for both the shoes and the cost of sending them back. Secondly the phone number given was not recognised as I was hoping to speak to someone’s out all this. I expect to hear from someone very soon. Thank you. Mrs. Sheena Sadler.

Having purchased three pairs of these shoes it is very disappointing to see that the pair I have been currently wearing have disintegrated. The upper shoe is breaking away from the sole for approximately 4 inches. This is not fair wear and tear and I should like to return them. I have had difficulty in communicating on the website and am hoping that this will get through to you.I purchased a second pair because I was so pleased and then proceeded to purchase for my daughters.

Fab shoes - I love them !They look great and fit really comfortably.I've been wearing Geox for years they are always a great product & designHowever - I am ALWAYS normally a size 6. I ordered 6(39) and they were really big on me !!I sent them back and had to go down a whole size to a 5(38) ...I've never owned a pair of size 5s before?!It's unusual but once I got the size that fitted I was very happy indeed.

The item itself was very good. Sadly the currier stated that he had handed them to me but in reality he had left them on the enterance hall of a flat were anyone could have picked them up

Loved these moccasins. I normally get size 7, but had to order 6.5. Although a very snug fit at first after a few wearings they fitted perfect. Wore them through the summer, very smart.
