I was training for the Colombo Marathon in Sri Lanka, and was not happy carrying my iPhone on the long runs; so I was looking for a fitness band that included GPS. A little on-line research and the Garmin Virosmart HR+ seemed to be well received by runners, so I did an ebay search and found what I wanted.Although "simple", the display shows plenty of data and it is large enough for my aging (57 years) eyes to read while on the run. It is water resistant, so no worries about a quick dip in the pool or ocean after a nice run. The display can be customized, however, I stick with the default as it has everything in a nice orderly format.To be honest, one of the neatest "features" is the "notifications" you can get from your smart phone.

Crammed with all the expected features of a smart watch, but with heart rate monitor and fitness tracking too. It has accurate GPS. The stair climbing tracking isn't as accurate. The app is also really easy to use and allows tracking of various activities. Allows WhatsApp messages (some trackers don't!) as well as the usual texts and alerts. The Bluetooth connection to phone also has good range.

I’ve been a fit bit fan for years but tend to get them wet which upsets them. This is brilliant! I can do everything with out panicking I’ll have an accident.It’s really accurate and reliable. Just as good as any other top end activities tracker. I wouldn’t be with out it.

Easy to use, no need for instructions. Synced perfectly with my smart phone, garmin connect and Strava along with other apps I use. Lots of data and stats collected out on runs and seamless upload.

Brilliant watch for my little boy. Only complaint I have is battery life. We have found it needs to be charged daily without doing any activities.

Good bit of kit once set up, although strap feels a little flimsy.Quite a chunky piece on smaller wrists.

It's such a good price compared to other well known brand and does everything I need it to as a runner.
