This has proved really helpful for my health/weight maintenance regime. As much as anything, it is the psychological push it gives me that's important even more than what it actually does. The fact that it synchs with apps like MyFitness Pal is really helpful. I also use a Garmin HRM belt whenever I do 'proper' exercise which makes it more accurate and I have no problem with having such a belt on. If I use the GPS for some 3+ hours a day then it does drain the battery quickly and I have to recharge every 2-3 days but I don't find that a hassle and it charges really quickly so if I'm running low in the middle of the day, even an extra half hour charge will give me an extra 25% or so.

I have had mine for over 2 years now, and everything works great. It charges quickly and lasts for approx 3-4 days dependent on the Bluetooth usage. I can even adjust the brightness of my Garmin bike lights with it whilst riding !!! Nothing short of witchcraft ?
