I played this for the first time with my daughter aged 7, we were able to pick up the game quickly and had a really great time. There are lots of nice components and the board is huge.Superficially it looks like a heavy euro but it is very accessible. It plays in 90 minutes (using the 2 player variant).I would always recommend watching a playthrough on YouTube etc as this helps speed up the learning process.
