Overall works well and holds a PL mount lens tight. However since PL lenses are usually heavy and puts a lot of stress on the mount, it helps to use a mount support, but for some reason the 1/4-20 screw placement on the mount adapter support column is offset. There's no easy way to line up a lens support or support post so that mount support is effectively useless. Why it's designed this way when all of their other mounts have the normal style support mounts is beyond all comprehension.
