I had a problem, but not the same as the other review. The problem in the first review is remedied by loosening the three screws that are located along the edge of the narrower part of the adapter, then rotating the adapter until the mount is lined up with your lens support. The problem is that the screws on my adapter were torqued down so har that I stripped those lil bastards when I was trying to get them out. No worries though, fotodiox sent me a new unit (after I sent mine in, service was very prompt and polite)... I stripped the new ones too, but the warranty is something like two years (if I'm recalling it correctly). I have still been shooting with it,
