If you still use a filofax that comes with its half length stainless pen, you will need these. They are non-standard and hard to come by. Be careful what you throw away as these reuse some parts from the pen. You will need to remove the plastic ratchet from the old refill. Don't forget to scratch the blob of wax off the tip, either. It stops the refills from drying out.

The pen and its refills are quality products. The pen writes smoothly, without any build-up of ink on the body of the point. I'll ise this one for my signing sessions of my popular science book Heart of Darkness (Jeremiah P Osterbrock and Simon Mitton) at the Hay Book Festival on 1 June 2013

Arrived promptly and perfect fit for the Filofax mini pen. Can't say how long it will last as don't use this pen a lot, however came in a pack of two, so not too worried about that

Perfect and arrived very quickly and packaging secure and fitted thru letterbox so didnt have to be in to receive. and a cheap price would order again. Also 2 in a pack useful,

Refill is the exact one for my wife's organiser pen. The refill is a great price and was delivered quickly. I'm pleased, though not surprised, to say it works perfectly.

Brilliant refills. Mine work but whether that is because they are actually supposed to might be just sheer luck as people have been having problems. Will buy again.

These are for my Wife's pink pen and filofax set that I bought her when she beat her breast cancer several years ago. These were the best price and arrived quickly.

Happy with item, unfortunately the packaging of item had become loose and had opened but it was fine as I wanted to use straight away and it was for myself.

Fitted my wife's mini Filofax pen perfectly, had been informed by WH Smith that refills not available and would have to buy a new pen. Top marks to Amazon.

These little fellows are very good and do the job for which they were intended. I will be buying them again when I need replacements.

I have two mini Filofax pens for my diary and journal, these refills are perfect and means I don’t have to replace the whole thing.
