Elizabeth Taylor was a great actress and humanitarian who was very beautiful, elegant and stylish, so you'd expect these perfumes to be the same.This was launched in 1993 along with two other perfumes in this collection, (Diamonds with Sapphires and Diamonds with Rubies).The perfume bottle is a lovely elegant design.This I would say is more of an oriental perfume which has Top Notes of white rose, gardenia, apricot, mandarin, peach, sage, hyacinth, orange blossom and green accords. The Middle Notes include jasmine, lily-of-the-valley, carnation, tuberose, rose, magnolia and Tyger lily. Finally the Base Notes include, vanilla, amber, musk, patchouli and tonka beans.Personally I feel this can be worn both during the day and at night,

The perfume bottle is a lovely elegant design.The Top Note includes Lily-of-the-Valley, Heliotrope, Melon, Galbanum, Peach and the Middle Note includes Rose, Jasmine, Rhubarb, Ylang-Ylang, Spices and finally the Base Note includes Sandalwood, Vetiver, Amber, MuskWhen you first spray it on you you'll notice how ight and fresh this perfume feels.Personally I feel this can be worn both during the day and at night, (which is what I do).Age wise I'd say it's a perfume for ladies of 25 years and above.This fragrance on me last over 3 hours.It's one I'd highly recommend as well.

I smelled the scent on one of my colleagues at work and HAD TO ASK which fragrance was because it smelled lovely. Now, the scent is quite strong and somehow sweet but not nauseating. I had a Chanel #5 which literally made me nauseous so not really into very strong and defined scents. I would say this is strong but not to the point you will feel sick after wearing it for a while. I love it so much I am planning on buying the other variants. Honestly, SO NICE and good price too!

This was bought as a Christmas present and the recipient was very happy with what they received. They've described the perfume as having a nice, light scent, one that doesn't require too much being worn at one time, and that lasts for several hours. The bottle itself is fairly large and contains plenty of perfume, and comes nice and neatly presented. At a very fair price too, it gets a seal of approval and a recommendation!

I'm a perfume fanatic!!!!!!! I ordered this and emeralds as I couldn't believe the price, and what I imagined to be quality perfume, I wasn't wrong. They are both lovely, but sapphires is my favourite. It is a beautiful floral, elegant, light but lasts. I think it smells like springtime in a bottle!!!! I've just ordered 2 more bottles!!!!!

My friend bought me this two years ago for my birthday and I really loved this perfume. It really suited my skin and it's a large bottle too. I was delighted to find this on Amazon (you can find everything on Amazon), and just had to treat myself to another bottle. At such an amazing price too, it was great value for money.

As not known to young folk great value for an exquisite fragrance which lasts.lovely bottle.For spring.Liz Taylor the 1st celeb to make up a perfume AND SHE knew what she as doing in Grasse.This is not manufactured by the Domestos company et all as all the other mere scents .Aldi &Lidl better than that trashGET THIS

I bought this according to the positive reviews and thank god! I love the smell. It lasts 24 hours i can say as i can still smell the perfume from the clothes ive worn the other day. The smell is not that strong that will make you sneeze,it's just right. I think it's perfect in my opinion.. bought this for £12.99

Lovely lovely perfume. Georgeous fragrance - also have Saphires. Want to try others in the range. Colleague has Rubies which I find a bit powdery and not as clean a scent as the 2 I currently use. I do need to try the others as they are a great product.... So watch this space for more reviews!

The nose behind this fragrance is the great Sophia grosjman.It is very similar to Sun moon stars by Lagerfeld in my opinion - also by the great SG!For £10 for 100mls this was a blind buy and I was not disappointedBeautiful and classy.This is more accurately described as a floral oriental

I originally used White Diamonds by Elizabeth Taylor but tried Diamonds & Rubies as it was on special and have found it really lovely. More intense aroma, which lasts and seems to change over time and yet still smells lovely in the evening; will definitely be buying again.

I bought this as a Christmas present for an elderly aunt. She has sent me a sweet thank you note saying she absolutely loves the fragrance. Mind you, she had been dropping subtle hints that she wanted this to make her pals at the Book Club jealous. It works.

i have used may other from EA but this one failed to become my good selection. Not my cup of tea. fragrance is not that good when it comes to ladies perfume. Its not that strong too. Fades straight away. but funky smell. good value of money though.

At first i thought is for older people not for people in mid forties like me. i gave it to my daughter as an unwanted product. i took it back off him because it has that gorgeous lingering sweet smell. Thanks for the good delivery service as well

I really like this as an everyday scent and consider it great value for money. It's a big bottle and lasts a long time. I didn't like Diamonds & Rubies at all (others do), so my advice is to sniff both in the shops before you order.
