Let me start by saying that the premise behind the Domke range, ie easy access whilst the bag is still on the shoulder is a good one, but for me it's just not sturdy or safe enough. When I received the bag the insert stitching had come loose and had to be replaced so that didn't set a good precedent from the start. The bag is roomy and made of durable material but the simple fact is the lack of padding that Domke argue isn't necessary...is. My equipment was jostled around and you could feel the camera digging into as you walked. However my main area of concern was the design of the top flap. Many times I would pick the bag up having not fastened the hooks and the bag tilts sideways upending all my equipment onto the floor.

Terrible, the plastick nook attaching the shoulder strap to the bag broke, causing me to drop my 70-200mm 2.8 costing me £500 in reparations. Domke only gave me a voucher so I had to buy more of their terrible bags in order to sell them on to get a bit of my money back. Domke used to be the thing, but those days are long gone.
