Having received a "freebie" pen after visiting a client, I was shocked to see the price of refills when it ran out; so much so, the pen has been sitting in a drawer for the last few years.When I saw these I thought it would be worth a go. After reading the reviews of only receiving one refill in the order I was fully prepared to return the item if that was the case, but it wasn't. Six turned up, individually wrapped.All in all I am pleased with the product, it writes smoothly, equal ink distribution, no pressure required etc. Will buy again if price stays competitive.

This product is an authentic Cross refill, as described. Putting it into the pen is simple, it does wonders for one's handwriting, and the colour is striking. I have never had these refills run out after a day or two but, if you notice the ink thinning more quickly than expected, try give them a shake then the flow of ink will improve.I love the colour and the feel of these purple refills, and use them to write on a daily basis. All of my correspondence, journal entries, appointments, etc. are written with these, and I wouldn't consider changing brand.

I tried a couple of "compatible" refills from WHSmith - their own brand and a French brand both lasted no time at all .... and the ink actually went through the page of my diary. I write an A4 page of diary every day and the initial Cross cartridge lasted me about 3 months, the compatibles lasted about a month to 6 weeks..... so actually these originals work to be far better value than the so called cheaper compatibles and the ink doesn't go through the page. I will be buying these again.

I have repeatedly ordered cross refill rolling ball pen for my cross pens from this supplier, and without fail I receive them within less than 48 hours of delivery - even over this bank holiday period. I use a lot of ink in my work and knowing that this supplier is so quick, efficient and reliable in delivery takes a load off my mind. I have never ordered from this company before but, when I read previous reviews, I decided to try them. I am so glad I did as the parcel was delivered in two days - despite the terrible weather and it being just after New Year. The refills were just what I wanted and the price is excellent - given other prices I had seen quoted on other websites for the same item. I shall certainly be doing business with them again.

I bought a brand-new pen only a short time ago but then for some reason the ball at the end of the pen must’ve come out I was so unhappy that’s an expensive pen across the ball from the ink I didn’t realise that the ball had come away but when trying to write all I done was scratch the paper perhaps this is something fault you could look into thank you

I don't know if these pen refills are genuine but they look fine, fit nicely in the pen casing and write beautifully just like the originals! And all for a very good price.I did receive all the refills as per the advertised description- I noticed that some reviewers experienced problems but I bought directly from Amazon rather than market place.

the product itself is excellent but I also only received 1 recently instead of 6. I contacted Amazon who were excellent as usual and organised my refund. I am a little concerned to reorder and the price has gone up marginally since my last order. The refill itself is very good as the cheaper non -Cross refills do not write as well

I worried a bit about some reviewers saying they only received one refill. But I ordered anyway knowing that Amazon would have sorted it.Well they - yes "they" - all six genuine Cross 0.7mm gel refills arrived next morning after ordering. Much cheaper than buying them individually on the high street too. So I'm very pleased.

Although these don't seem to last long (I like to write) they are the original product and glide so beautifully over so many writing surfaces. Having been given the pen as a leaving present a few years ago I ritually use it for all my written work at work and bulk buy the refills as these are a good price with fast delivery.

I read some other reviews intimating they had problems with the order (only one being delivered, potentially not legitimate Cross refills). However, I received the item within the order timescale, all six refills were present and all appear to be real Cross refills. More than happy with the order, especially at this price.

I have only begun using the said refill. It does not appear to be as effective as the one I received with the pen itself. I am a fan of Cross products but I fine this refill to be scratchy and ink flow intermittent. I love to write and I need good value for my pens and said refills.No I’m not happy with this purchase

This is a very good price I compared it with WH Smiths and a few other High St stores. You get two in the pack and I got an earlier than expected delivery. The refills look and write as good as the one that they are replacing for I have no reason to believe that they are not the real thing for a great price.

What can I say, they're pen refills? Yes they work and are the original item. One major benefit of the Cross roller ball refills over Parker ones is that, for whatever reason, the ink doesn't go through the paper. So if you're writing double sided on thin paper Cross is definitely the way to go.

After being given a cross pen just before my mother-in-law died I needed a replacement refill and found difficulty purchasing this outside, so was pleased to see I could buy both blue and black from this company. The service was great, quick and nicely packaged for a good price. Thank you.
