I've often associated Burberry with the cheap (and usually fake) items sold on market stalls and ebay. Even though the era of Burberry caps and scarfs has long gone, it seems those connotations remain, and for that reason it isn't a brand I buy.Having never looked at their fragrances before, I can't compare this to any previous products, however it did surprise me. The bottle is elegant and the fragrance is very fresh without being overpowering. Unlike the other reviewers, I have found this to last long into the afternoon so I have no issues there.Regarding the price, bear in mind all Vine reviews are based upon receiving the 30mls version, which granted is quite expensive.

If you've seen the Burberry Brit Rhythm advert with British models Suki Waterhouse and George Barnett, you'll already know that this is intended to be a sexy, young, masculine scent. In fact Burberry Brit Rhythm is very typical of many young masculine fragrances, somewhat similar to Guilty by Gucci, or Allure Homme Sport by Channel. It's quite fresh and starts out spicy but quickly takes on more woody, leathery tones. It has good longevity - I can still smell it on my skin after a day at work and it lasts on a shirt even longer. If you're after a young, masculine fragrance, this is definitely one for your list.

The fragrance is fresh and not overly masculine. If anything it is a bit sweet for a male fragrance. My wife thought it would be suitable for ladies to wear. It could be marketed as a fragrance suitable for men or women.The fragrance is not as strong or long-lasting as other eau de toilettes I have used. In a way I see this as a benefit as my clothes don’t retain the fragrance afterwards. I don’t always use the same fragrance so I prefer them not to linger on my clothes for too long. A single spray will not last all day.It is nicely packaged; the box and the bottle are understated and give the impression of quality, reflecting the contents. It would make a very nice gift.

This eau de toilette gives off a good impression from the start - an understated box and a very stylish yet simple glass bottle. The scent is really nice - obviously aimed at a young, hip market, it's very fresh and masculine, with a bit of spice. It manages to be both sexy and professional so it works well for both the office or a night out.It's quite strong so you don't need to use much, and it lasts all day. The only downside is the price, but considering it's a large bottle from a designer brand, the high cost is to be expected.Definitely worth considering if you are looking for a new signature scent.

This Eau de Toilette comes nicely packaged/presented and has a nice fragrance although it's a little too strong for my liking, at least when first put on, I do generally prefer a more understated aftershave. Still, after a while it actually smells quite nice and lasts quite a long time. Not sure I would use it a lot or buy more once this bottle has run out, but I'm sure plenty with a less sensitive nose than me are bound to like it.

This is by far the best purfume I have ever bought.The starting note is warm and sweet, not overpowering at all.The mid note (after 3 to 5 hours) still creates a nice halo with dark chocolate and autumn rose tones.The end note (after 5 hours) lasts long enough to be there until bed time, now more of an undertone but still strongly present.Great stuff

On opening the packaging for this aftershave for men you are treated to a very sexy and stylish glass bottle. The Scent is modern, young, fresh and oh so sexy. My husband smelt divine. It lasted well into the night as well! Value for money, and yes i would buy it for my hubby if he wanted it. I love Burberry. So this would of been a hit with me.

Attractive, nicely designed bottle, with good quality mechanism. The scent starts out fresh and clean, but also very warm, and then becomes more earthy and woody. It smells like an expensive classic men's fragrance, and has good longevity, lasting most of the day. Only one spray is needed, as it is quite potent.

The BURBERRY Brit Rhythm is attractively packaged, within a quality looking dispenser.It definitely has a fresh, masculine fragrance, which I found to last a whole working day. It does not requirea huge amount for it to be effective. I would certainly purchase it both for myself and as a gift.Recommended.

Very nicely presented, this is a sophisticated, distinctly masculine fragrance that lasts well. It's quite spicy on my skin but mellows in character over time, I'm told.I'm too mean to pay the asking price for myself but would buy it as a gift...and be delighted to receive it as one!

This was for my husband, who had received some last year from his daughter, the only thing that he regrets is that he didn't get the bigger bottle. As he loves the smell.

This smells gorgeous on my boyfriend, a lovely fresh, masculine scent. Great lasting smelling power. May be a tad overpriced but isn't that always the case with perfume?

Was looking for a late-night Eau de Toilette and this is the one! loving the spicy tone and the relaxed woody element afterwards! So great, love wearing it!
